The judge needs to vacate Flynn's guilty plea, the DOJ then needs to dismiss the charges, which will open up Flynn to filing a civil lawsuit against the perpetrators, let's bankrupt them personally.

Your Honor, the DOJ is WILLFULLY violating your order of the court. Forget this mere one case, what about you as a Judge? Are you going to let them piss over your authority?

General Flynn's only "crime" was to tell Russians not to retaliate, that is, he acted to protect Americans just like he's done throughout his distinguished military service to this great country. The case should be completely vacated, and thrown out the door.

 

The DOJ needs to do a lot more than that.

They need to:
1. Discredit the Mueller report and the russia probe in their entirety
2. Jail everyone involved in the fbi investigation
3. Bring charges against the DNC , Steele et all
4. Drop all charges , commute all sentences and pardon all plaintiffs or in this case recommended pardons to the president

5 all Democrats owe all Republicans apologies and resign their positions in congress.

 

I'm torn between whether or not I want to throw Steele in the slammer, or to just ban him forever from the United States. His lies, affected an entire nation. As far as discrediting the "Mueller Report" and the "Russian Probe", that's already been done and history will do more damage to that utter farce on a nation.

"Out of context". The man's been prosecuted, and they outlined the desire to prosecute him on the paper. Hmm, it seems like the context is right there. We also have the context of Sally Yates literally confessing to her crime, under the pretext of "caring that he lied". But if they never concocted this scheme to begin with, there's no "lie".

Flynn's crime was to serve this administration, it was to be a part of the Trump Regime. And in the mind of some Democrats, that's still a crime. If poetic justice is a thing, I'd want some people to undermine the Biden Administration in payback.

The speculation is that it's more sources and methods. If there were "other crimes", they would have prosecuted those. While Flynn plea'd to lying, it wasn't a 'plea down' from other offenses(as the case was for Gates in the Manafort case.) Flynn plea'd to the charges given by the gestapo police.

Who gave an imprompto interview, on a 'crime' that was never committed. The sin of which to stop Russia from making any retailatory measures. I want more criminals like that, thank you.

Comey, McCabe, Brennan & Clapper all lied under oath & they knew they were under oath.

Flynn was told he did not need a lawyer & the FBI lied to him.

Flynn went bankrupt & had to sell his home after 33 years of Military service.
