Isn't boycott a basic human right? It is simply a group acting in concert to not support certain businesses. How can one be sued for not buying the products or using the services of certain entities? In any civilized nation, people have the absolute right to boycott anyone they choose. Sounds very facist and totalitarian to me. Your discription in bold is very funny. Are you trying to be ironic? Suppose that innocent people were calling for a boycott against guilty Israeli business scum. Could the Israeli scum also sue? Borat, you knock me out.:):)

Boycotting mean also disrupting business. In my example, the shoe store owner is a french-canadian who as nothing to do with Israel really. He sells shoes!

Instead of gooing to the Israeli coonsulate to protest against what they percieve is an injustice against the pallies, they prefer to harass this guy and his customers.

Hell, I would understand if they would at least target a jewish bagel shop or a synagogue or a marginally jewish/israeli business, but a shoe store that has maybe only 2 or 3 model of shoes from Israel!?!

And this has been going on for at least 5 or 6 months, every weekend!

Nope. It is not. In fact boycott is a form of collective punishment. Here is The Universal Declaration of Human Rights, boycott is not on the list.

One can't and one won't. One will be sued for the incitement of others and only by those they are inciting against. If this is not just I don't know what is.

Wrong again. There is an anti-boycott law in the US too (and other countries as well). While it addresses a somewhat different situation the bottom line is the same - participation in some boycotts is penalized. And in this case it's penalized by the government's Antiboycott Compliance Bureau, not by a civil lawsuit filed by the victim of the boycott. Does it also sound uncivilized, fascist and totalitarian to you?

Of course Israeli scum can sue but chances are they will not win the lawsuit. Innocent Israeli businesses on the other hand now have protection against anti-Israel extremist scum. Isn't that wonderful?

Poor poor stupid muslims. They had nothing before Israel became a nation again and they still have nothing while Israel flourishes. Sound more like sour grapes than occupation to me. While they brainwash and send their national treasure to die and commit suicide with hate and murder, their sick society blames everyone but themselves for the mess they find themselves in. No use blaming others for your mess of your own creation. A sick society breeds sickness.

' Israeli' businesses cannot operate legally within territory which is illegally occupied. This latest fascist law is, again, intended to shore up the illegal activities of the Zionist State. Just as militant Zionists hide behind Judaism so militant Zionists attempt to shield their fascism from the world's gaze by painting themselves as ' innocent businessman ' . Of course, ' innocent ' businessmen operating in illegally occupied territory is a conflict in terms. You don't have to an outraged Israeli law professor to grasp that.

This is what Israel does best, endlessly chanting racist hatred against Semites.

Don't you and your ilk always claim that Israel is not a democracy because it has no constitution? LOL And yeah, if the law is unconstitutional it will be struck down by the Israeli supreme court.

The ability of people (like these professors) to protest (but not incite violence and/or boycott) and the existence of independent Judiciary are among the things that make Israel the only true democracy in the region.

No, Israel is not considered to be a democracy other than a democracy for Zionists. Its lack of a written Constitution is not a prime factor.

Furthermore, the lack of a written Constitution serves as a dilution of binding law which is frequently exploited by the fascists in control of the Knesset, as this most recent betrayal of Israeli's rights demonstrates.

So what's the next fascist game -plan ? Passing laws prohibiting identifying the manufacturer or the source of goods ?

So we can agree that Israel in fact has a constitution, the Israeli law professors stated that and your attempts at obfuscation notwithstanding, you don't seem to be able to deny it. This together with a multi-party parliamentary political system and independent Judiciary makes Israel the only true western democracy in the region.

Sure, what's wrong with that? There is nothing fascist about this though, the law will in fact go a long way toward combating anti-Israel IslamoFascism.

No, we can't agree. Suggesting that Israel has a Constitution is an attempt to deceive. Such deceptions are already recognized as part of the agenda to flatter the American taxpayer milch-cow.

    This is the best that Zionist commentators can offer;

That ' tradition', of course, is one born of Zionist governments based upon Zionist terror organizations dating back to the Irgun and Stern Gang. It's a ' tradition ' for Zionist terrorists and invaders.

    Let's look at attempts to actually produce a Constitution for Israel;

Any dummy reading that will note that seeking to create a Constitution that ' represents all members of Israeli society ' affirms that none currently exists.

You can take the above as clarification and rebuttal of your feeble nonsense.

Who would deny such an obviously fascist law, its possible ramifications and for what purposes ? Perhaps you'd care to lay out your agenda at this juncture. In particular I'd like a clarification of whether your apparent relish for fascism extends to all its miserable branches or just the Zionist variety.

Sigh... Islam is all across the mid east, Europe and Asia due to Islamism...

Why can Islamist Arab Muslim countries, Turkey and Pakistan secure their Muslim populations but Jews can not?

Jews have no legitimate claim to an exclusive State. 25% of Israelis are arabs and non-jewish. It's a very simple logistic that all Zionists have trouble comprehending.

Who knows or cares. This is the 21st century and Palestine is illegally occupied , according to modern international law, by Zionist invaders who, in passing, are required to withdraw.

Nope. I know it (*)(*)(*)(*) you off but they don't have to withdraw. Nobody that matters want them to withdraw. Only muslim appologist want them to withdraw.

In the end, Israel will either stay as it is or it will grow some more if the pallies are dumb enough to start attacking her again.

Ignorant, arrogant crap. International law is quite clear regarding occupation. Shyster-speak is valueless.

That's the whole point of a boycott. I won't knowingly buy goods produced in Israel, and I don't care who is selling the stuff-they should know better. Why should I support a fascist regime with my money?

Fascist regime? You buy gas from a country that don't let non-Muslims into their cities.

Can a Jew own a house in medina? can a muslim own a house in tel aviv?

Come again? Many of those traits are also linked to many Arab countries, hence this Arab spring.

Now why is it you call Israel fascist when Israel is killing less Arabs then other Arab states?

What has this deterioration into desperate nonsense got to do with Israel's descent into fascism ?

Care to find a better definition then that of an author(Robert Paxton)?

Do you not agree arabs are fighting for better living conditions?

Do you not believe the SHia in Bahrain and Arabia feel like the victims?

Are you telling me this Arab Spring is not about giving democratic liberties and rights back?

Sounds like the current state of the Palestinian and more generally Arab society. Preoccupation with victimhood, humiliation and decline, vengeance, militancy, violence, terrorism, calls for nationalistic/religious unity (Hamas/Fatah or pan-arab or muslim unity), internal cleansing etc...
