FBI lovers' latest text messages: Obama 'wants to know everything'

Newly revealed text messages between FBI paramours Peter Strzok and Lisa Page include an exchange about preparing talking points for then-FBI Director James Comey to give to President Obama, who wanted “to know everything we’re doing."

The message, from Page to Strzok, was among thousands of texts between the lovers reviewed by Fox News. The pair both worked at one point for Special Counsel Robert Mueller's probe of alleged collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia.

Page wrote to Strzok on Sept. 2, 2016, about prepping Comey because "potus wants to know everything we're doing." Senate investigators told Fox News this text raises questions about Obama's personal involvement in the Clinton email investigation.

As the report goes on, questions of timing - Comey becoming aware of when emails were discovered on Weiner's laptop, etc., come to light.

And confirmation of coordination from the White House?

As the investigations continue from all sides, the picture becomes much sharper.

Will partisanship and ideology cloud the message the people should be hearing? Are actions based on bias and objective acceptable, as long as it supports "your side"?

I find it humorous that there are just so many folks who never think about the documentation trail they leave behind themselves. More, it's even more laughable that the assumption of those folks is that their conversations are private, and won't ever see the light of day beyond their device screens. Better yet is that those folks feel like they are un-reviewable. As if their personal conversations using their government provided devices is sacrosanct and "personal".

If such are there, sure. As will those who knowingly, voluntarily, and willingly support the criminal attacks on the DOJ and the FBI.

 

So criminal some FBI upper echelon have been reassigned for bad behavior. Funny how the left continues to defend abuse by government.

 

I don't disagree with that but it still doesn't change the fact that Trump either wittingly or unwittingly surrounded himself with some pretty shady people with unsavory ties to foreign criminals. In my opinion, such ties could be very dangerous to our republic. It is important that we investigate and expose any such foreign criminals and their American lackeys.

That said, it is nice to see that some the GOP faithful are finally realizing that our FBI and Intel services have been engaging in sleazy and sometimes outright criminal tactics at home and abroad for decades now. Throughout the history of the FBI and CIA the so called conservative Republican Party have continually cheered on these creeps and their crooked tactics and made excuses for them. It is also hilarious to see these phony liberals who have rightly been trashing these agencies for decades for their abuses all of a sudden acting shocked and chagrined that anyone would dare question their integrity.
