What are your Fears. We all have fears. It is part of the Human
Condition.I see where now ... it has become fashionable to
popularize fear of clowns.Granted.Since Clowns are prevalent in
Horror flicks.John Wayne Gacy did Community work as a Clown.

Ok ... I'll start.I have always had a squeamish fear of Amusement parks.
    Because of a few notable attractions.Like that Big Fat Lady {plastic}
used to hawk a certain cheap amusement park ride.
Automatic turnoff. Or all the super cheap Amusement park smells
as Cotton candy and Salt water taffy. Plus the people at the Amusement
Park that I never saw in my daily life.Like ... where did these people come from.
The sights and sounds that are ever-present and one couldn't escape even
if Father Flaggerty was there to accompany a small church group.
There was no escape.I grew to loathe/hate and eventually FeAr amusements parks.
They were THE easiest way to acquire Bad Dreams.

Heights in general freak me out. I will NEVER forget how terrified I was in basic training when I found out we had to climb up, then rappel down Eagle Tower at ft. benning. That was my very first freak out. I climbed so slowly and when I finally got down, I didn't feel any better.

Since then I've had to do all kinds of rappelling and it doesn't get any easier lol

Trump scares the (*)(*)(*)(*) out of me, as does the fact that he actually has followers in America, and the worst fright comes from the fact that most of them really like that situation. As much as I hate conservatives I really don't wish them any ill and it upsets me that there are violent people willing to kill me because I disagree with them on Health Care.

Fear of height seems to be really weird, affecting people in such different ways.

I'm fine with repelling. But, I get a reaction so strong that it actually hurts to walk next to a floor to ceiling window in a sky scraper - where I couldn't fall if I tried! In fact, it can be physically painful to see someone ELSE do stuff that is very clearly safe.

    Stupid!

You probably know this but just to reassure, Bruce Willis flying through skyscraper walls is just so much movie bushwa, bricks bounce off glass that thick even when it's thrown by tornadoes

Yes. The engineering in skyscraper windows is serious. Going through them with no more than a few gun shots and some kicking is about as real as Spiderman.

And, knowing that just doesn't seem to help!!

I,Too have a fear of great heights. But I don't like to admit it.
So maybe I also have a fear about admitting my phobias.

Fears... mmm .. don't really like to dwell on them, I suppose safety of my children tops the list, then family and personal safety.

I do fear heights but are able to overcome by steadying my breathing, don't like cliffs, hanging bridges etc but will walk over them anyway when the kids nag me :)
