No. The two tiered system is where the Deep State only prosecutes conservatives and they let libs with obvious crimes get by.

Was no one on the right paying attention 3-8 years ago during which there were several investigations led by Republicans costing over $100,000,000 with Hillary testifying under oath that resulted only in damaging her prospects to become president? Just how long is this dead horse going to be beaten?

Also, again, Trump was not found by Mueller to be innocent and free of criminal activity. Why do you keep saying that? He did say that had he found that to be the case he would have said that but he didn't.

The right held the presidency, the house, and the senate for two years. They still hold the presidency and the senate now. Either tells me the deep state is a bunch of nonsense and getting rid of it wouldn’t be a worthwhile endeavor, or they’re completely inept. Which do you think it is?

Why is that either or? I'd personally go with both.

The Deep State isn’t the presidency, the Congress, or the courts. The Deep State is the entrenched, permanent, unelected, left wing, Washington bureaucracy.

What is most interesting about this is that despite the considerable prima facie evidence against her the FBI, which did all of the investigating, never once questioned her under oath in a normal procedure disposition. They did "interview" her one time just days before Comey announced that she would not be charged with anything.

What is also interesting is it seems as if a court is reopening the case. Though I presume legal I am not aware that it is normal.

The FBI never questions under oath. The mere act of lying to them gets you in trouble. Trump has some pals in prison for that very reason.

One little problem with that sentiment: you have to have a crime committed before you can even think about jail time..... and that would be a crime per a statute, not a personal dislike.

There is nothing illegal, untoward, or that violates regulation with the use of private email.

Mueller could have reached a decision on whether President Donald Trump obstructed justice, but chose not to.

One tiny difference: she is not nor was not president, and a president cannot be compelled to testify before congress. She also got by with lying under oath at her congressional testimony.

Does the Chief Executive and his administration not have the means to do anything about that? Sounds like the right just wants a boogey-man they can point so they can play the victims in all things. They enjoy their victim status and wouldn’t want to disrupt that I’m sure.

You can bet the farm that she will say that, or maybe pull out her old response that she was just home baking cookies.

Exactly. He gave no exoneration as he said he would have if there was proof to that effect.

Plenty of documented fraud where he paid settlements instead of jail time. That’s justice for the rich that the poor do not enjoy.
If I took $100 dollars from your pocket and put it in mine would I see the inside of a jail cell? I think so.

He didn't have a case that Barr would or will in the future ever look at, your side has it mixed up.

Can you present 1 stitch of evidence a link or something for everyone to look at. We wanna believe you but there's some credibility issues going on. Please no links form CNN or NYT's.

You can ask for a source without claiming my credibility should be questioned, unless you’d like to cite where I’ve given reason to question it.

    https://abcnews.go.com/US/judge-fin...ement-victims-donald-trumps/story?id=54347237

“New York Attorney General Eric T. Schneiderman called the settlement a victory for Trump U. "victims."

"Judge Curiel's order finalizing the $25 million Trump University settlement means that victims of Donald Trump's fraudulent university will finally receive the relief they deserve," he said in a statement, adding that the amount surpassed the initial number the class-action suit initially negotiated.

"This settlement marked a stunning reversal by President Trump, who for years refused to compensate the victims of his sham university," the statement added. "My office won't hesitate to hold those who commit fraud accountable, no matter how rich or powerful they may be."”

Now if I, a person who is not obscenely rich, did something to enough people that caused so much damage that I ought to pay them $25,000,000; do you think I might see the inside of a jail cell? I think so.

Why didn't Bloomberg or Michael Jackson or anyone who reached a settlement go to jail according to your logic?

Because the rich play by a different set of rules.
Good chance they should have ended up in jail as well.

The university was a fraud meant to steal the money of the poor and desperate. If Trump U was started in good faith that would be one thing, but the sole purpose of his “university” was to shame the people who could least afford it out of their money.

True justice would have seen him behind bars, but the rich play by a different set of rules.
