What makes me really angry and annoyed is people that pull stupid claims out of their arse.

Could you tell us which scientist has misrepresented the facts regarding the planets climate conditions for money and prestige in the media?
Could you tell us what 'fact' was misrepresented?
Could you tell us how this 'fact' was misrepresented?
Could you tell us why you consider to be the part of the weather system that these scientists do not have the vaguest idea about?
Could you explain to us why you think you know more about climatology and atmospheric physics than the combined research staff of the BOM and CSIRO?

How many people died in the deadly Queensland floods, because the climate experts were so busy banging on about de-sal plants and global warming droughts that they completely missed the fact that the deadly storm clouds were brewing.

They didn't predict the floods, but they tell us the science is settled and that they can predict 100 years in advance.

This is the most unsettled settled science known to man

Climate experts don't predict weather events
A positive SOI causes flooding in eastern Australia.
That is a pretty accurate prediction

Nobody has told you they can predict weather events 100 years in advance. Don't tell lies.
Nobody has ever said we know every thing about climatology and the related sciences.

The only thing that is "settled" is the simple fact that anthropogenic emissions are causing the planet to warm. The effects and consequences of this "settled" fact are far from settled.

Tim Flannery isn't the one asking retarded questions like:

why did the climate experts not predict the floods?

As you have been already told, climate experts did predict the floods. They occur when the SOI is positive. However, meteorologists are unable to predict exactly when and where they may occur.

There is nothing "retarded" about people losing their lives because climate experts couldn't comprehend the cycle: droughts, floods, droughts, floods, droughts, foods. It's a cycle, it's a cycle, it's a cycle. If they did predict it, why didn't they warn people off the low lying areas? There was no prediction and no warning, they were too convinced that the drought was permanent due to global warming.

Thanks I will let Al Gore know

You are not making any sense.

No one said that the drought was permanent due to global warming. That is just nonsense. If you want to make a contribution here - try to do it without making stuff up.

And who are these "climate experts" that you claim were unaware of ENSO? As I said - stop making stuff up. It is childish.

No, that is not what was predicted - what was predicted was more severe weather extremes

As for it being a cycle - yes it is but what is driving that cycle? As Bugs has pointed out we know about the ENSO but we are collecting data all of the time to improve predictions

"There is a debate in the climate community, after … close to 12 years of drought, whether this is something permanent" Bureau of Meteorology's head of climate analysis, David Jones.

Yes - it looks like extreme El Ninos may have become the norm when the SOI is negative. Just as an extreme La Nina has occurred in the past 2 years.

    What don't you understand here?

I would guess that Tim Flannery knows the difference between climate and weather

    This bit:
    This drought may never break

    SMH article

IT MAY be time to stop describing south-eastern Australia as gripped by drought and instead accept the extreme dry as permanent, one of the nation's most senior weather experts warned yesterday.

"Perhaps we should call it our new climate," said the Bureau of Meteorology's head of climate analysis, David Jones.

Let's face it Tim Flannery is a palaeontologist who saw a great money making opportunity in climate change alarmism.

Its the CSIRO and BOM who should be held accountable for wasting our tax money scaring us with permanent global warming drought predictions. Also let's not forget the innocent people who lost their lives in the floods that they completely missed.

This mantra of trying to deny that they said the droughts are permanent reminds me very much of the denial of the global cooling scare in 70s. Being a schoolboy in the 70s I vividly remember it.

They can't erase the past just because it doesn't suit them....

    From the below article:

    http://www.dailytelegraph.com.au/news/sydney-nsw/weather-forecasting-is-obviously-not-professor-tim-flannerys-forte/story-e6freuzi-1226285558977

METEOROLOGISTS suggested Climate Commissioner Tim Flannery leave weather forecasting to them as the big wet defies his prediction rain would become scarce.

"People ideally suited to that are meteorologists. From what I can see on Tim Flannery, meteorology wasn't one of his specialties," Weather Channel's Dick Whitaker said.

The problem is that AGW is now a religion, people like bugs, bower and those among the left side will never let it go. The IPCC and UEA got caught out lying and fudging the data yet these fools wont have it. Global warming is a crock of sh!t.
The earths climate has always "changed" and mans tiny ( less than 3% of total ) contribution of co2 has nothing to do with it. The simple fact is that by introducing a co2 TAX they hope to redistribute our wealth to poor countries.

Please, the denialists are just as rabid, if not more so, about opposing AGW (scientific evidence will not convince them) and are by far more 'religious' if you want to talk about putting faith in a conspiracy theory that all of the worlds scientists are plotting with the governments to destroy your way of living, redistribute your wealth and enslave you under a one world, socialist, eco-fascist government.

    My point exactly :D
