Funny that you draw two different conclusions and outcomes.

I'm not sure I understand the logic.

I love it, another emotionally charged tweet from an uneducated twit...she calls him a 'price of ****'. Perhaps we ought to start making schools teach students better, spend less per student since they are obviously not learning much...and use the money for private security or campus police. Seems to me the money would be better spent.

I wasn't comparing outlawing guns to outlawing drugs, rather regulating guns to the mistaken criminalization of drug use.

Ok, so we regulated prescription drugs. We actually have MORE drug abuse.

The same concept applies to guns. I don't understand how you can reasonably believe that regulation will some how fix this issue. It hasn't for other issues, but suddenly now, it will work?

Imagine that--the kid doesn't like the guy you put in the White House. Bad kid.
Great idea! We could arm school teachers! Maybe set up a secure perimeter around schools. We could run school like jails!

I was talking about outlawing drugs as a mistake. We regulated prescription opiates then we made them illegal for adicts.
We gave out prescription opiates instead of rehabing people with pain (saves money, eh?).
    Guns aren't addictive, fer crissake.

Have firearm licenses. Anyone caught with a firearm who doesn't have a license is dead meat. Gang members, felons, and people using guns to commit crimes? No. Children? No. Senile old folks? No. Mentally ill folks? No. Law abiding folks who can demonstrate basic firearms knowledge? Yes.

I could care less if she likes Trump or not, but the upcoming generations are so uneducated that she can't tell the difference between price and piece...

And yes some discipline in schools would go a long way towards fixing future generations.

When this mental midget can't tell the difference between price and piece, then yes. Wanna bet that the last book this genius picked up was in elementary school.

If she was my kid I would be proud of her as everyone need to win respect even a president and Trump surely had not done so in the last year.

Poor reflection on public education that a student should insult the president because of this, Trump didn't do it. Those who think the President deserves the epithet, do so for other reasons

Tests suggest they're marginally better educated through high school than earlier generations, but not up to world standards. On average, they're smarter than lower- and middle-income Trump supporters.
In the old days, schools shipped discipline problems out the door. Kids hang around these days because a high school education is essential to getting anything other than minimum wage work.

Trump is taking the middle-income whites deserted by Democrats for a ride. GOP tax cuts benefit higher-income folks, and any break for middle-income whites is more than offset by cuts to Medicare, Social Security, and Medicaid they depend on heavily.

The same ones that now already make it illegal to buy a gun.

The same systems that have been in place for generations. You should try to eductae yourself how the US actually works.
    Are you from the US?

The same way its done now, forced background checks.
