    the problem is, for Holder, it's not about keeping the gun away from Zimmerman forever, it's about making him use more money to get it (lawyer fees), it's about keeping the gun out of his hand for as long as possible. The longer he's without a gun, the easier it is to attack an unarmed Zimmerman by some vigilante. "we need to keep all evidence a little longer.... wink, wink, nod nod"

    it will be ruled that Zimmerman must get his gun back, or just before it is ruled that he must give his gun back, all "investigations" will be finalized and his gun will be returned to him and no consequence to Holder will occur.

    Actually, any money he gets (assuming he gets any at all) will go his lawyers, then to the Martins once he losses the upcoming Civil case.

    He won't lose the civil case. There is a huge difference between a man defending his life and someone like OJ who hacked the throats of two people.
