Ukranian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal has accused Russia of war crimes after targeting civilian targets and said Moscow will have to face a "military tribunal."

During a Saturday news conference, Shmyhal said Russia shelled kindergartens, residential blocks and "buses with children."

Even if the casualty rate was as you say it would probably not be enough to change the outcome. The Russian military has not performed as expected, and the resistance is much more intense than expected. How many reliable allies does Russia have left?
