I don't think you have a clue as to what the situation is here and why these riots are occurring not being a citizen nor a resident alien. Yes the blame is on the black community and the so-called "leaders" who instill in the community this vision of white oppression and then the community itself which does not stand up against the lawlessness, the lack of respect for others, the lack of respect for civil lawful behavior and the attitude of "if you got it and I want it I can take it because I'm being oppressed". This lawlessness that is celebrated as they burn and steal the private property of other law abiding citizens.

It was actually documented that George Soros funded radical activist organizations sent trainers and organizers to -- um -- educate the rioters. This was about at the half way point in the rioting phase in the lull between violent events. So it's logical to assume that in the week or so of protests before the violence started in Baltimore that other Soros funded 'teachers' arrived to do what they could with eager but untutored thug types.

Rodney King deserved everything he got. But technically once he was on the ground, the guy going to town with his baton was excessive=) But if I watched this guy put X number of lives in danger on a high speed chase, then fight after he was cornered, making sure he could never drive a car again would have been in the back of my mind as well. Then again, I couldn't be a cop. If I was the first guy on the scene after a drunk driver killed someone, I'd probably shoot him/her for being on the same level as violent rapists, the lowest form of humanity.

That case proved how DANGEROUS the media can be when not telling the whole story and picking sides. It was irresponsible on EVERY level. What is lost is when blacks gained in the civil rights, equal treatment arena was back in the 50's and 60's the protests were peaceful. It was the whites who brought violence into the equation such a Bull Conner in Birmingham. Most Americans seen what was wrong and what had to be righted.

Perhaps blacks do have a valid complaint, but that has been lost in the riots and looting of Ferguson and Baltimore. Blame now resides with the looters and rioters and any backing for change in the police or even in helping the black community come to an understanding with police and those in charge has been lost.

When one turns on the TV and sees all this violence in a sea of black faces, there is no sympathy or even desire to right what may have been a wrong.

I applaud those folks stepping up for the clean up, but it will take bold and great leadership to stop this from happening in the future. Leaders like Sharpton, Holder, the NAACP, Farrakhan, and Obama only fuel this divisive hatred

 

All King had to do was put his hands behind his back and submit to the arrest. All during the scuffal on the ground the officers are yelling for him to put his hands behind his back and every time they try to physically force him to he fights back and receives blows. That is procedure. Remember they had already tried to TASE him twice to no effect. They had jumped on his back only to be thrown off and they had wrestled on the ground with him. Using the baton as non lethal force was called for.

Yep, when they only showed the last half of the video, did not report about the two other guys with King who did submit to the arrest and were simply placed in the back of one of the patrol cars with no incident.

I haven't watched any of the MSM coverage of Baltimore but would not be surprised if it was all about "oppressed" blacks and how the police are over reacting.

Yeah I'd LOVE to see people try to protest here in Bossier City, Louisiana... That's the closest town to me. I know they wouldn't protest in my small town. There was a big party at our state park Saturday night and all the animals leaving, left trash behind, took out mailboxes, and went in people's yard and did donuts (and some got shot at).

To make it even more disgusting is that the progressive voting base is going to financially benefit from this. The welfare criminals get free stuff and the labor unions will get more work rebuilding what was destroyed by the progressive criminals.

The entire area should be condemned and the residents should be forced to live in camps - no rebuilding at all. The progressive unions shouldn't be rewarded for this.

If you really ask me these progressive politicians are rooting for as much destruction as possible just so unions can sweep in and take public and private contracts which will no doubt be handed out and dictated by progressive politicians.
