    I don't see why that's necessarily the case. If I know what you're going to do, it's not the same thing as forcing you to do it. Of course it's a slightly different scenario if an omniscient creator god is posited, since his act of creating you can be seen as forcing you do what he had planned. But I don't acknowledge a creator god.

    My post presumed the omniscient of a creator god. As with out that, we probably wouldn't be discussing free will.

    Yeah, I'm done banging my head into the wall. I don't know why I ever get involved in these hopeless conversations. I don't think I've ever convinced a single person.
