She was not his boss. But she asked per testimony, where is the black right now. Martin did not know. So he walked away from his car to find out. Martin to his credit used his fists on Zimmerman. Bet that is okay with Martin's defenders.

Popular vote does not matter. Why discuss the popular vote? Didn't you bring it up?

It worked this way. He was in his car. Seeing Martin he notified the non 411 element what is taking place. She asks him to describe Martin. When he does, she blurts out, where is he now?

Zimmerman climbs out of his car to be able to tell her where he went to. Suddenly Martin accosts Zimmerman and beats the crap out of him. Big head wounds and broken nose that is bleeding. Zimmerman is on the ground having his head smashed into concrete. He gets a break when Martin shifted his body and it allowed Zimmerman to get his gun and shoot the larger person. Martin was not some 12 year old size boy. He was at least 6 ft fighting a much shorter person.

we do not know if that was in self defense or what, only the killer can tell us, as he silenced Martin for good

The popular vote saga reminds me of fights that Muhammad Ali won. Seems he would pretend he was down and out and called his trick the rope a dope. So he wore out the man trying to whip him. And at the end won the fight.
Trump too won his fight and if Hillary won any round, she lost the fight. Too late to count punches. Popular vote is similar to the knocked out man saying I connected with more punches. Too bad suckah, you got knocked out by the electoral college.

Just read the trial transcript or accurate reports in the media. Zimmerman was looked at by the medical people and they stated to the court Zimmerman had severe injuries to his head that included his nose being broken and him bleeding. Zimmerman had some scalp wounds to the back of his head. I read all of this so you don't need to so long as you take my word or else go read it on your own.

I do not think many here gives a damn if Zimmerman sues them. Suits cost a bunch of money to pursue so Zimmerman best have plenty of cash on hand. In my view, his chances to win depend a lot on his lawyers skills.

Hell, Mom sued the association and beat them out of over a million dollars and they had nothing to do with what happened.

It was self defense, hence the not guilty verdict.

SYG was not used as part of GZ's defense.

Don't you wonder why it wasn't?

not guilty does not equal innocent, or do you believe the same in the OJ trial

and Martin was never tried or even charged, thus guess not guilty as well

If only Martins fans would study the case. They love to talk about it. Why not simply read the case?

they hired z, the jury must have felt z was in the wrong

much different from suing the family of the man you killed

    Hired? What were his wages?

I frankly do not like reading the family got sued. I also do not like having read Mom profited from her kids death.

Wait, now do we need to explain jury trials to you too? Either the jury rules guilty or innocent.

OJ was innocent per the Jury. Even when he was guilty. The only thing that matters is what the Jury said.

Not guilty is the definition of innocent.

    in·no·cent
    /ˈinəsənt/
    adjective
    1. 1.
not guilty of a crime or offense.

Why would you want to argue with the dictionary?

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shooting_of_Trayvon_Martin

The Retreat at Twin Lakes is a 260-unit, gated, townhome community in Sanford, Florida.[32][33] The population of the development at the time of the shooting was about 49% non-Hispanic white, 23% Hispanic (of any race), 20% black, and 5% Asian, according to Census figures.[34] Both George Zimmerman and Tracy Martin's fiancée were renting homes in the development at the time of the shooting.[11] Martin had been staying with his father's fiancée at The Retreat.[10]

From January 1, 2011, through February 26, 2012, police were called to The Retreat at Twin Lakes 402 times.[34] Crimes committed at The Retreat in the year prior to Martin's death had included eight burglaries, nine thefts, and one shooting.[35] Twin Lakes residents said there were dozens of reports of attempted break-ins, which had created an atmosphere of fear in their neighborhood.[2]
