I believe this is accurate, that it was Martin that turned around and commenced pounding Zimmerman's head into the sidewalk. Guess that is why he was found not guilty by the jury.

Do you realize that Zimmerman was protecting his neighborhood? That Martin lived elsewhere and was merely visiting an uncle of his?

Also that Zimmerman voted for Obama, who by golly is black!. For a racist he sure worked hard to help blacks.

You are fighting with the Jury that found him not guilty. What about the Martin apologists? Martin would be living today had he not returned to Zimmerman and pounded his head into the sidewalk. So why are you fighting with the jury?

My first instinct is to run. That tells you that Zimmerman grabbed Trayvon. Trayvon would have just run otherwise.

The main reason why this does not fly is that Zimmerman mentored two black lads whose father was in prison. And he worked hard to get the son of a cop prosecuted for hitting a black person. That and he was a loyal Democrat who voted for Obama. But you can bet Democrats will refuse to agree with the Jury that found him not guilty.

That is not the evidence. The Jury simply did not agree with you.

As I've said earlier, the murder charge was too much. Negligent homicide would have given Zimmerman about 6 years served. Get on with his life. Not this fiasco where Zimmerman gets away free.

Now you not only question the Jury that tried this factual trial, you are going after the prosecutor. But no guilt at all for
    Martin. Why not ?

The jury was confused and the defense did a great job of that. The fact that all they had to do was defend a murder charge was easy.

Whatever happened in that confrontation a 17 year old died. Zimmerman needed to pay for that. If it not for him, Trayvon would have never met him.

You must see this, right? Zimmerman made a fatal mistake. He needed to pay.

Spending hours inside a courtroom and seeing procedures gives you a better perspective.

Edit- Again, trying to convict him on murder was stupid. They could have convicted on negligent homicide for 6 years served. I feel like I've already said this.

I was handed a restraining order that was completely based on untrue information. I do not call it evidence in fact.
So I am well aware how a judge in a courtroom can practice miscarriage of justice.

But there is more information out pointing to the guilt of not Zimmerman, but of Martin.

Zimmerman's reality is a bit different. In his fantasy he's a security guard or cop or soldier so he's sees a kid walking and conjures up a threat.

Zimmerman went out of his way to make this confrontation happen. He then is responsible to a DEGREE to its outcome.

    That's REAL moral law there.

This does not sound one bit like negligent homicide to me nor murder.

While on his way to Target on the night of Feb. 26, 2012, he saw a hooded man in an alleyway between townhouses, so Zimmerman called the non-emergency line.

“This guy looks like he’s up to no good or he’s on drugs or something. It’s raining and he’s just walking around, looking about,” he told the dispatcher.

He gave an address and was asked to describe the man. Was he caucasian, black, or Hispanic, the operator asked.

    “He looks black,” Zimmerman replied.

The man approached, and slowly circled Zimmerman’s car, which apparently spooked Zimmerman. The man then dashed away.

    “[Expletive], he’s running,” Zimmerman said.

The operator asked about where the man was running.

“Down toward the other entrance of the neighborhood,” he replied.

“Okay, which entrance is that he’s headed towards?” the operator asked.

    Zimmerman left his car.

“Are you following him?” the dispatcher asked.

    “Yeah,” he replied.

“Okay. We don’t need you to do that,” the dispatcher said.

    “Okay,” he replied.

Zimmerman told Gilbert that he followed the man into the dark, but said he didn’t actually see him after he left his car. He said he just wanted to get the dispatcher an answer about where the man was running. After the dispatcher said he didn’t need to follow the man, Zimmerman started to return to his car.

When he was almost back to his car, somebody called out to him, “You gotta problem?”

He said “no” and reached for his cell phone. The man closed in and punched him, breaking his nose. He wrestled Zimmerman to the ground and rained punches on him.

Zimmerman screamed for help, but the man covered his mouth, he said.

A neighbor opened a door and yelled at the man to stop, and said he was calling the police. But the man continued the assault, the neighbor later testified.

Blood from his broken nose poured down Zimmerman’s throat. He was afraid he’d lose consciousness and choke, he said.

He wrestled with the assailant to try to lift his head off the sidewalk so his face wouldn’t be smashed into it. That pulled up his shirt, exposing a handgun he had holstered at his waist. He grabbed it and fired one shot. He wasn’t sure where the shot went, but then he saw the man collapse—with a mortal chest wound.

    The man was Trayvon Martin.

“Tell mama ‘Licia I’m sorry,” Zimmerman recalled as Martin’s last words.

Martin stalked Zimmerman to his car. And prior to that, as Zimmerman was in his car on the phone to dispatch, Martin circled his car as if to menace Zimmerman. So how did Zimmerman make the confrontation happen?

    So y’all both know:

The jury could have found him guilty of manslaughter. The judge told them as much in his instructions to them. He was found not guilty.

His nose wasn't broken according to the medical report from his doctor. He wasn't in any alleyway between condos.

Do you have a link for what you posted?

There is a lot of subjective language in that post. A good prosecutor would object you to the ground.

Its should never have happen .. but for Zimmerman's cop fantasy it wouldn't have happened.
