One way to consider this is to separate the people from their religion for a moment, see them as two different entities. A Nazi- was a German who adhered to a particular belief. It was not the individual that concerned people; it was that the individual has beliefs and allegiance to something utterly unacceptable to reasonable men. Much of Islam has that same effect. It too crosses the line of personal decisions about your own people- and takes actions against everyone who does not give them what they want. While that is the choice of leaders, it affects all that follow. If you are a Muslim, you are seen as a potential soldier of Islam's unending and bizarre battle with everything not Islamic- a battle that is waged not against enemies, but anyone handy.

If we speak negatively of Muslims, I think it is generally on this basis- they allow the religion to define them, and so they are seen as the representative of the image the religion has created for itself. That may be hard to understand for many- but I think for most, it is the nature of Islamic beliefs that draw the image that a Muslim person is seen as being a part of. It is not only terrorism; it includes many standards of personal values that the civilized world considers abusive- such as considering women as inferior, just as slaves were seen in this country 200 years ago. We all define ourselves by our values, and the modern world see that as a fundamental offense to human rights.

So tiresome. Aisha was born before the Call so she was 17 at a minimum.

I learned everything I needed to know about Muslims, on 9-11, when hundreds of thousands of Muslims around world gathered to mourn our tragedy and tell us they would support us. Even Yassir Arafat donated blood to give to NY.

I am not as concerned over claims he engaged in pedophelia as I am that he used troops to collect taxes he took charge of and made violence a way of life.(there is so much controversy over his pedophelia is why) (oh and the man died centuries in the past.)

ISIS currently uses violence and lays taxes on the people they conquer. And forces children to watch or participate in executions of the innocent.

I can't recall when Jesus did this.

Even my church first prophet, we never used violence as a way of life.

I have many times mentioned my church is the LDS yet not one time has Margot2 came to my aid to dispel lies about my Church. But she sure defends Muslims.

    I saw nothing like that.

Why did they keep it a secret?

I will gladly admit this though. Millions of Muslims globally supported Bush invading Iraq and assisting the Northern alliance forces beat out the Taliban.

Can we say Democrats who support Muslims also supported our own president?

just cause you weren't watching tv that week doesn't mean it didn't happen.

tens of thousands of people came out in Iran, to mourn with us.

It's a mystery why bleeding hearts defend Islam as the do. They like to say not all Muslims are terrorists. Well there are entire countries who exist under strict Muslim law and believe me the snowflake Islam apologists would not do well under Sharia law. Especially gays and women.

One thing is missing when they dialogue with us.

Universally they do not post up on condemning ISIS.

And getting them to condemn Al Qaeda, a huge struggle.

Even Obama refers to ISIS as ISIL as if to honor that murdering bunch.

Not all, 98% would be my guess. If you count the ones like the Ft. Lauderdale shooter who the media tried to cover up was a Muslim convert.

you realize how absurd it is to complain about it being called "ISIL" rather than "ISIS"?

does it also bother you if we call it "Deash"???

    LOL!!!!! unbelievable feigned outrage.

To be frank, I think you mean they mourned the deaths of the terrorists.

    Think that over.

    see, this is bigotry.

i tell you they were mourning all the dead civilians, and you instead suggest they were mourning the dead terrorists.

why do you say this? cause u say Muslims love terrorists.

which is pure bigotry. and you complain that folks attack your comments as being bigoted.

    - - - Updated - - -

wtf do u care if they call it ISIS or ISIL?

saying that the people of Tehran were mourning the dead terrorists, and not the innocent victims of 9-11, is nothing but anti-Muslim bigotry.

Zero Christians, few Hindus, and even fewer Buddhists murder people for not being of their religion in this day and age. The fact that SOME Muslims do is the problem. And since we can't tell which ones will and which ones won't, we're better off keeping all of them out of the West. That's not bigotry, that's common sense. I'd like you to go to every American with a family member killed by Islamic terrorists that were NOT kept out of the country and explain why their family member's life was less important than being politically correct.
