FULL TITLE: Rudy Giuliani admits under oath that he got some of his 'evidence' of alleged election fraud from social media

    Image2.jpg
    https://www.businessinsider.com/rud...election-fraud-evidence-from-facebook-2021-10

I'm not going to say "told you so" but...

In 2020, I posted that Orange Cancer's comments didn't sound right. I theorized that he/staff was reading social media to pick up keywords and phrases. Then, he goes lives and says those same words/phrases to make his target audience think he had his hand on the pulse of their concerns.

I also wrote a detailed analysis of his body language and voice inflections, etc. I play the piano and can hear key changes which is how I could hear the "key words" weren't from his actual thoughts.

    RECAP

Powell and Crenshaw have stated the Big Lie is a lie
A Russian in-the-know admitted to election interference in 2020
Lindell & Rudy have stated, under oath, they can't defend their statements in court.

It's the same game with how they tried to play Hutchinson. She testified under oath. They immediately put out a statement that two SS agents were willing to testify against her but that never happened. Two SS agents did offer statements, under oath, later to corroborate her testimony.

    PATTERN

    Lie
    Play up the persecution complex
    Grift
    Rinse and repeat

    $M/month.

I am very happy to read that some judges are tired of Orange Cancer's idiocy and have fined lawyers for bringing that trash into their courtroom. Like reputable lenders, he's person non grata with reputable attorneys.

And, the walls came tumbling down...I wonder how many more have to fall over the edge before the others step out of the firing range. /smdh

Not sure if it was Guiliani's 1st or 2nd day testifying that I livestreamed here.
He's blabbering idiot who couldn't shut up no matter how many times he was told to just answer a question.
But...I found the lawyer Fox who was questioning him quite the disappointment, not sharp at all and let him get away with too much by blowing it off and moving on.

Did Giuliani have to appear before this DC panel?
Couldn't he have just given up his Wash DC law license?
You've got to be stupider than him to ever hire him to defend you.

Of course. Social media is ripe with conspiracies, and people actually believe them (even people like Trump and Giuliani), and act upon it, as we saw in Jan-6. Social media is what it is, - people posting stuff.

Whenever these Big Lie supporters get put under oath, they tell a different story. Not sure why proponents of the Big Lie haven't caught on to their act yet.

Agreed. I was just saying that he does it for the purpose of appearing like he's "in touch" with his constituents versus something a speech writer puts together or something from his own pea brain.

At that time, I thought more people would pay more attention to see it and it could break the MAGA spell. It still amazes me there is a wealth of information everywhere and they still won't put the pieces together. I wasn't surprised but quite a few of the convicted J6s said they never bothered to look up what he was telling them or the trail of bodies always in his wake. Committing crimes is more than I'm willing to do for my political choice and certainly wouldn't do it after the way he treated the first batch. /smdh

Guiliani was the last decent Mayor of NYC. Bloomberg was alright but it was Guiliani that cleaned up Times Square and returned it to the families. Look at it now. Big cities need more guys like Guiliani and less like Lori Lightfoot.

Dismissing something as false/laughable is easier than saying aloud "I know he's a serial rapist, cheater, liar, bigot and con, but I like him".

This is a perfect example of what I posted a few months back about why J6 is not comparable to BLM.

BLM is protesting to fight against a truth and don't have the power to change that design.

J6 was fighting *for* a lie, and, the insurrectionists, collectively, are represented by people with the power to change that design.

If Obama/BLM did what Orange Cancer has done, there is no way any participants would have been on midterm ballots or still employed and no pathway to a 2024 run. And, he's even doing new crimes and they don't give a damn (but every POC that is shot by a cop deserved it. (/smdh)

Maybe something will shake loose when the "lucky buyer" of our classified documents expose they know exactly where our vulnerabilities are.

The Bible calls it "hear things which tickle their ears" meaning they listen and believe only things they want to hear. The mentality is as old as humankind, and there are always people who cannot, do do not want to think for themselves.

Yes. Trump refused to pay him for running around the country breaking the law to steal the 2020 election. Rudy's friends pleaded with him but he refused so he said he was ready to go to prison. He also had no choice but to represent himself because he also owes back alimony of ~250K.

This was a deposition for the Dominion defamation suit which is different than the disciplinary hearing which will decide if he loses his J.D. license (to practice law).

Maybe that was a benefit of my parents hating me. I always knew that I never had a "safety net" so I've always educated myself, research, etc. to make sure I'm making the best decision with everything. I've always been self-motivated to so I usually didn't need my manager to crack a whip when I worked for others. I've always done my own legal and medical research too. I won't even return to a doctor that has an issue with me advocating for myself or my children. I got a real estate license just to understand the process when I started buying real estate with no interests in selling. I guess I don't do "blind trust" very well.

Every day I'm so happy I walked away from Christianity. ;-)

Lying that baselessly damages America's democratic system has consequences beyond goons who swallow the lies savagely attacking out-numbered police.

WASHINGTON (AP) — A review panel says former New York Mayor Rudolph Giuliani should be disbarred in Washington for how he handled litigation challenging the 2020 election on behalf of Trump.

Giuliani “claimed massive election fraud but had no evidence,” wrote the three-lawyer panel in a report released Friday that goes through the errors and unsupported claims in a Pennsylvania lawsuit he argued seeking to overturn the Republican president's loss to Democrat Joe Biden.

Between Election Day and the Jan. 6, 2021, riot at the U.S. Capitol, Giuliani and other Trump lawyers repeatedly pressed claims of election fraud that were almost uniformly rejected by federal and state courts. He's the third lawyer who could lose his ability to practice law over what he did for Trump: John Eastman faces disbarment in California, and Lin Wood this week surrendered his license in Georgia.

Are there actually people who would hire Giuliani? LOL

'The D.C. Bar’s Dry Takedown of Rudy Giuliani Is Brutal'

    BY JEREMY STAHL

    Snip:

'Rudy Says That Even Though He Didn’t Have Proof, He Was Required to Prematurely Sue'

'The panel writes that Giuliani basically admitted in his filing to the panel to not having done his homework:

[Giuliani] commenced litigation without evidence that its core factual claim was true. He admits as much, maintaining that the “fastmoving” case “did not permit him to investigate fully his client’s position as he would normally do in any other case.”

He thinks he didn’t do anything wrong, though, by not having evidence:

Even without supporting evidence, he claims, it was reasonable for him to “draw an inference and make an argument that the vote count was illegal and contrary to law.” … We reject this argument.

Rudy Further Argued That Legal Filings Themselves Are Really Just Meant to Be Wild Guesses

[Giuliani] testified that “a complaint is a prediction. It’s not a statement of what you definitely are going to get, what you’re definitely going to prove.” … He further stated that “[a]ll those questions have to be answered, which you can’t answer at this stage of the litigation, so you put out all the allegations you have, the ones that help you, the ones that don’t, and then you work your way through it in the litigation.”

The Panel Disagreed With This “Prediction” Standard of Evidence'

And Democrats got their evidence of Russian Collusion from a guy they paid to create it.

And the MSM got weekly scandals from the white house by “unnamed sources”, in other words, CNN writers.

    Spare us the outrage:)

A bit of confirmation, sure.... but most of it came from the Trump campaign hires themselves, plus the dumbass son of the candidate.

And not in dribs and drabs either... Big ole' data dumps worth....

Using highly deniable cut-outs to pass the messages and information on...

Was sort of comical that the 3 stooges who actually attended the eventual meeting didn't recognize the start of a quid pro quo relationship by Russia opening with the Magnitsky Act.

Like all grifters worldwide, they only wanted their part of the deal, without offering anything in return...

Pictured above: a poster who is publicly claiming that it is perfectly acceptable for an attorney to mislead his client based on baseless garbage he found on Facebook and try to overthrow democracy over that.

That takes a special contempt for the law, a special contempt for our elections, and special contempt for our Constitution, "the likes of which we've never seen" since Trump and his supporters decided that winning is more important than facts are.
