    What does this even mean? When you agree to the TOSs, you accept them. If you want real privacy, you shouldn't use them. If you're naive enough to believe that these providers are there to protect you? Laughable.

    I agree with you but I think "ordering" (just a more realistic term for "asking") is a show. I'll betcha' they already have what they want but cannot use it unless they can claim to have acquired it by ... how shall I say ..... Democratic means. I think you know what I mean.

    Terrible precedent would be handing it over without a warrant. I see no issue with a valid warrant. No different than searching a home computer with a valid warrant.
