The vast majority of black voters are indoctrinated into voting democratic. Not very educated. Ask any of them "Why do you vote democrat?" "I dunno my mom just told me too" Or something similar. No group should ever be voting at a 90 percent plus click. That's should scream to you that something is inherently wrong there. I do not find it a coincidence that all black republican voters can speak intelligently about policies. Which isn't shocking considering to be a black republican you are by default going against the grain and would need to be able to back up the reasoning as to why you are doing that as opposed to just falling "in line" and voting blue.
