    From the dictionary.

"Insurrection: a violent uprising against an authority or government."

If this definition disagrees with the Trump media's definition then for your convenience I pasted the website below so you can lodge a complaint with Webster. Who knows? Maybe they have it wrong.

    https://www.merriam-webster.com/contact-us

Not filed yet. Thanks for your speculation though.

Why does it matter? If they ultimatly press those charges, Trump supporters will just cry about activists judges, deep states and RINOs. Same old playbook.

Why do Trump supporters pretend they care about investigations?

You think birthday party shootings, kids dying, witnesses not talking is nice??

No thanks, I won't blindly follow what the media tells me to believe without doing my own research.

You post was rather long and I want to set the record straight.
I am not claiming foul because of a different opinion.

I am claiming foul for not backing up claims.

If the election was stolen, by all means present the evidence. Else it's hyperbole.
That is not a difference in opinion. That is a difference in facts.

Then where were the R legislators of those states you claim.
Most of them are R controlled in most cases by Gov and congress. Are you claiming those R people were completely incompetent and blind?

That is more hyperbole being spun out of 'The Big Lie'.

But again, if you have proof, present it. Else it's just hyperbole.

Every case but 1 of the 60 attempts to get cases heard by each State and the USSC was rejected. And most all those rejections were done by Right Leaning Judges and Legislatures.

    Not "most", maybe two.
The State Legislature is the equivalent of Congress at the State level. In a bicameral state it includes both houses.
What I'm certain of is that the preventative and corrective efforts were inadequate, so I know the "what" answer, "why" is a deeper question that may never be answered. Blame fixing isn't the goal, ensuring corrective procedures are in place that provide for free/fair/trustworthy elections is.
Many were not heard, for one reason or another, that is, there was no finding of fact and determination, though some those may remain on appeal.

Further, Trump and/or the GOP have prevailed in 16/23 of the cases, so far, decided on the merits. That nearly 70% of them. I remain confident that between the State Legislatures and the Courts, that we will have a much more trustworthy election in 2022. With COVID and whatever, we had officials that have no rightful role thinking they had some sort of emergency powers to remove election safeguards, and as these cases are decided it's becoming clear that many of them did not.

There are 15 cases that remain active. List at the link lists details and will continue to be updated as final decisions are rendered.

Webster isn't dispositive, our Courts are. Pelosi and her fellow liars keep claiming "armed insurrection!" And then you threw in "Attempted Murder of the Vice President!"

And yet, no one is charged with "armed Insurrection". No one is even has any firearms charges. No firearms were recovered from anyone arrested, or from the scene. Pelosi and Co are liars.

No one has been charged with "insurrection!" Prosecutors have to deal in FACTS. They can't just hurl crap about and make it stick. They need EVIDENCE. And despite piles and piles of live video, as they review the video, the pictures, take testimony from defendants and witnesses, well, I gave you a list of the charges so far, I don't see any "insurrection" or firearms charges and certainly no attempted murder of the Vice President. It's your claim, back it up. Who has been charged with the crimes you claim were committed? Or Pelosi and her fellow liars claim occurred? Crimes don't commit themselves, PEOPLE commit crimes, and if none of the PEOPLE there committed these crimes, How is anyone dumb enough to believe these liars who claim they occurred?
"Not Filed" is your admission that I'm correct on the facts.

{yet} is your hope. Well, it's been FOUR MONTHS that these folks have been lying about this, and if they were telling the truth we would see widespread criminal charges of the conduct they claim occurred, yet, we don't.
You might as well ask: "Why does the truth matter?"
You are arguing a counterfactual. The facts are; those crimes Pelosi and the other liars continue to claim were the defining theme of the Capital Event of petty misdemeanor of Trespass and Disorderly Conduct are simply the actual crimes folks are being charged with.
Because when it comes to filing charges and then presenting evidence and testimony in a Courtroom for adjudication, Justice is served.

The insurrectionists used weapons to attack police, thus they were armed. Use your eyes and stop counting on on what the Trump media tells you.

I don't care what "Pelosi and CO" say about this. I saw what happened on video. A mob of people violently trying to stop the election certification and looking to kill the enemies of their messiah; D Trump.

This aligns with both the legal definition of insurrection and the dictionary definition. What your media says it is, is of no interest to me.

Yes, nobody has been charged yet. You implied, and correct me if I am wrong, that one of the reasons it was not an insurrection is because nobody has been charged with insurrection yet.

This does not mean it was not an insurrection and a reasonable person would expect that the full scope of charges will take months if not years to work out.

Your logic would be like saying someone is not a murderer until they have been charged, even if you literally watched them kill someone.

How long do you think it should take the fed to sort through this event? It involved hundreds of people from all over the US using social media posts to identify them and counting on true patriots to turn these people in.

Again, I don't care what Pelosi said. I care about what I saw on video.

Yeah, as if that should mean anything coming from the "lock her up" crowd. Good grief, give me a break.

How many people have been charged with "Insurrection"?
    What were the weapons?
How many have been charged with attempted murder?
Great. The great majority should be charged with "insurrection" then. So how many people were involved, and how many have been charged with "insurrection"?
I've only asked what charges have been filed as that is the most accurate reflection we have of the evidence and testimony collected.
Then, it would not appear that your claims are currently supported by the testimony and evidence collected over the last 4 months.
Insurrections are not disembodied events. If this was an "insurrection" then we should see lots and lots of charges for insurrection being filed, yet, have we had any?
Well, you can always hold out hope for the future, but, clearly the vast majority of the folks there are not being charged with "insurrection" and it is quite reasonable to expect that they will never be charged with "insurrection." If they were truly suspected of "insurrection," a highly dangerous felony, their bail arrangements would reflect that, but, I see zero evidence of this. Do you have any?
If they had evidence that someone killed someone, they would not be released with nominal or no bail on a petty misdemeanor charge.

And what about the claim of attempted murder of the Vice President of the United States? Has anyone been charged with that? Is anyone being held pending those charges? Has anyone had to post bond of the amounts that are consistent with that serious of a charge?

Really? Liberals seem to have one interpretation of the Constitution when it comes to a bakery being forced to bake a cake for Homosexuals -- and a totally different interpretation of the Constitution when it comes to social media companies being forced to provide services to Conservatives.

Consider that an immature comment may represent the same fifty cents profit as a well reasoned comment -- for less work.

    This has been covered.

Watch the videos...not the videos from the Trump media, but actually unedited videos of the insurrection.

    This has been covered already

We will have to wait and see.

We will have to wait and see what charges get filed.

My claim is based on the dictionary and legal definition of insurrection.

    I already covered this.

We will have to wait and see. As I said this is a long process.

Death is not a requirement for insurrection. Nor is murder.

We will have to wait and see.

It seems the Trump media has already provided you with narrative you want to hear. All I ask is you be patient and try to be objective when the charges are filed and the Trump media goes into false equivelency, RINO, deep state excuses.

Other then that, have a great weekend.

    All were republican leaning states.
All state's legislatures approved the election results.

    As do conservatives

    Your point?

You either support open discrimination or you don’t support it — picking one over the other is just unjust. Personally, I was against the bakery and social media companies deny service but Republicans made such good points during the anti-gay debates that I agree with everyone now denying them service as well.

I support freedom. That means people bake a cake or don't without the Government being involved.

Likewise with social media. They should be allowed to provide or deny accounts and services for what ever reason they think is appropriate.

I think my position on the two issues is consistent.

As to my point - it is to advocate for a libertarian position as I think I often (but not always) do.

And I agree with this — conservatives made their bed so they should be celebrating when they are removed from platforms that do not want to associate with them...

    What is the issue then?

You claim Trump and the GOP only prevailed in one case, when actually they have prevailed in 16/23 that have been heard on the merits, with 15 more pending. I gave you the spreadsheet. If you want to keep pretending that Trump and the GOP have only won one, by all means, continue.

Wiseenergy? What is that. I didn't open it because what does that have to do with the topic?

If what you say is even true, it certainly has not made any impact on the election results.

WHAT AN ACTUAL INSURRECTION LOOKS LIKE: Portland BLM/Antifa Draw Guns on Drivers to Enforce No-Go Zone in Broad Daylight.

Antifa/BLM terrorists wield guns as they block citizens from traveling on public streets.
A driver was beaten and held against his will, another had his back window destroyed and shots were fired by the AK-47- and AR-15-wielding terrorists. Militants flattened the tires of a car the gun-wielding crowd had forced to stop. The man was slammed to the sidewalk.
Nothing like this happened at the capitol. Most attendees did nothing wrong, but, some trespassed and engaged in disorderly conduct and other petty felonies, unlike these BLM/Antifa Terrorists that the Left has been cheering and aiding all year.

That the left makes excuses for and rationalizes away the above is pathetic. They (Antifa/blm domestic terrorists) wouldn’t dare pull that crap on the streets of red voting communities.

All the cases “won” by Trump on that list were from before the election and have nothing to do with the actual results.
