    I trust the rule of law. That's why I don't trust barr.
    Barr has more power than the supreme court and that is a problem.

    The people had no say in this matter of an non-elected government official who was nominated by a potus. This is a glaring issue of conflict of interest and cronyism.

    What did he lie about Rod ? You don't know, claim "None of the three had even a hint of any involvement with Trump", then in the very next sentence..."other than some of his lying to Congress related to work he claimed he was doing for Trump"

    THEN..."He did plead guilty to actions surrounding the Trump campaign, but there was no crime involved." So he plead guilty to somthing that wasn't a crime ? HTF does that happen. You can't plead GUILTY to something that isn't a crime, the fact that you're charged means it is a crime.

    Rod, all due respect but you cant be charged unless what you did is int he criminal code. Its just that simple.

    The report may have left the States open to do what they will toward prosecuting Trump but the fact that there was no Russian collusion on Trump's part proves that it truly was a witch hunt start to end. It is really odd to see so many people near a breakdown over a fact that was apparent from the start. There was no collusion.

    How does he have more power then the SCOTUS?

    Who's suppose to appoint the AG?
    Why do the people get any say in a prosecution? That's mob rule, and hence why we have AG's and law enforcement officials to keep that from happening

    And impeachment is a political process, NOT a criminal one. He can be impeached (I'm not saying he should here).

    No, "We the People..." in order to form a more perfect Union created the Constitution, giving up some of our soveignity and vesting law enforcement power into an Executive.

    Who's to say what? That's what we as citizens do...we give up our soverignty, to the State....

    but I'm more curious on how you envision the people partaking in the prosecution process....would there be a vote on who to charge or not charge? What really would be the point of law enforcement then?

    No the President isn't a dictator....at least not in the United States. He is limited by the other two branches

    Sure they aren't part of the executive branch. They determine guilt or innocence at a trial, after charges havde been filed....or for that matter in the Grand Jury if to charge at all....but the Executive Branch makes the determination to even present the case to a GJ, or to charge

    Maybe these "we" in your constitution that starts?

    "We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America"
