What on earth leads them to believe that our constitution and laws apply to anyone who isn't a citizen of the US (unless of course they are visiting our country)? I don't get where this idea is coming from?

A thorn where the US backed all sort of regimes in power who prevent anything of modernization and democracy ... a thorn which was messed up totally in 2003 by the US. I know!

Of course countries do what is best for them, or if they don't then they are stupid!

BTW, you can never ever have a global community/economy with the Middle East. It will never ever happen. :)

Let's face it. There will never be any kind of "democracy" in the ME hellholes. When those people decide to join us in this century, then maybe we can talk and help them have better lives. Until then, they can lie in the beds of their own making.

I truly hope liberals are proud of themselves. The use of friendly courts seems a tactic likely not to be forgotten. At some point, liberals my find out that power is a power game, and that not understanding a power game isn't a well thought out long term strategy.

I suppose that the administration will work closely with the legislature to restructure and then repopulate the districts. Perhaps they can take a play from the liberal handbook by gerrymandering all liberal judges into a circuit that doesn't have any feeder jurisdictions. Like Disneyland for judges. Of course, I'm just kidding. But liberals, seriously, running to the courts is it's own brand of tyranny. Especially when what it adjudicated isn't being evaluated as a function of the law, and is only a reference point back to the dogma of the tyrannical party itself. It's like Scientology...

Left and right don't mean the same thing to Americans. Nazis were right wing in Europe. They would be left wing in the US.

Their little liberal feelings that borders are evil. It's certainly not based in reality.
