Its amazing, even now with hindsight, knowing that this shooters record was kept clean, enabling him to own a gun through the Obama Administrations Promise program to reduce arrests of minorities, implemented by the School and Sherriff's office. Knowing the Schools Sherriff/Resource officer not only stood outside the building while the shooting was occurring, he also prevented other officers from entering. Now knowing all of this, still their only thought is to enact stricter gun laws on all Americans and not a single thought given to rethinking this idea of reducing the # of arrests of minorities because.... well, because they are minorities. Rethink this idea of cops waiting outside while shootings occur inside the school. AND JUST MAYBE give some thought to why we have so many social misfits in this generation who thinks its a good idea to shoot as many students as they can

In an era of mass shootings, maybe mass education isn't a great approach. Certainly schools should have have the same security measures as most other government buildings. Why the Left insists on keeping our children vulnerable to shooters is very difficult to understand. Allow ONE judgement against a schools liability insurance carrier for inadequate security and the Insurance Loss Control folks will have schools secured by the next renewal period. Not especially sympathetic to the desires of a supermarket chain that donates money to politicians, to remain free from political protest. 'Corporate' decisions have consequences that slide downhill. Your supermarket needs to take up their concerns with their corporate sponsors who invited this with those donations. As for Hogg, he is organizing a protest, and there are legal consequences if his conduct constitutes trespassing. He invites those as well if he is not careful. Neither party is a villain here.
