No it does not violate the rights of others in any way

It is not harming or taking from another it is withholding yourself and no one has the right to association with another.

    I've heard he's a very big tipper.

As for that whole "Not ALL black women are bad tippers" thing is true enough, but irrelevant. It's like going to place a bet on a horse race, and thinking "that one horse doesn't lose EVERY race" so I'll bet on him.

Sorry, but chances are you'll lose. I know you understand how this works, so why do you ignore basic odds when it comes to this?

It is a broken system which violates individual rights.

I asked for no control I asked for others to stop seeking it.

    Apparently you love being controlled

I don't have to be controlled.

Others unfortunately have to be controlled.

Instead of whining and moaning, why don't you support people of different backgrounds, and shame the a-holes that force us to have to make laws in regard to people being fair and decent to their fellow human beings (and animals, for that matter, and the environment, for that matter)? That's the sad part.

Democrats allege to see rights only of one party in the case of Abortion but then do it one more time for the baker issue. The Baker has to comply with Democrats laws only. I guess this must be why since 1973 they have never created one national law to clear up the abortion problem. In fact they have no national law on shoplifting. If you shoplift in an store used by Government, such as the gift shop at the Statue of Liberty or the similar shops at our national monuments, sure the law applies based on that national law. But that national law does not apply on a universal law basis. This is when Democrats ought to learn how each state is a sovereign as to other states. If New Mexico says you can legally drive at 90 mph, it does not apply to CA or other states. Each state has a ton of their own laws. I imagine that in AZ and NM laws applying to the Navajo exist yet not here in CA. We are sovereign in respect to New Mexico and AZ.

Who has ever seen any Democrat not craving a hell of a lot more laws?

I never caught them deciding enough of this crap.Quit regulating our lives.

If you sell the common cake, they have laws just for you. How damned dare you bake a cake of your own design and tell them to shop elsewhere for a different cake.

No one has to be controlled

You only have a desire to rule others or have others ruled over by someone

No one was forced to make these laws on any way shape or form it was a desire for power over others which is disgusting

The a holes who discriminate harm no one

    Government power does.

From the start of TN, they were ruled by Democrats. An almost unbroken stream of Democrats ruled that state. It was 1971 after the Civil rights law actually mostly enacted by republicans and not Democrats that from time to time, TN elected a republican governor. Their last, so far, Democrat Governor served to the end of his term in January 2011.

You actually blamed Democrats for those Jim Crow laws.

Imagine an audience in a theater of republicans. Democrats enter the movie and buy up all the available popcorn.

They rush into the theater telling us it is for own good and they hurl tons of popcorn into the audience telling them it is for their own good that they need to eat popcorn.

This is what those animals do all the time in the DC congress and states ruled by Democrats.

    Popcorn a metaphor for laws.

I have had all of that popcorn I am able to tolerate. They did not have this power prior to FDR in 1933.

There is a great danger in this new movement to declare everything as good as everything else. We are failing to discriminate- and I don't mean racially, religiously or by gender- but by character, integrity, the class that a person puts themselves in. Like it or not, people do come in all degrees of personal qualities, which are primarily the results of their own choices. All of us need the latitude to decide who we want in our presence, our homes and involved with our families, because that is a vital part of raising good children, maintaining the standards you feel are respectable and keeping your family safe. Attempting to dictate those values to all, to some universal standard, does far more harm than good- and I doubt the good amounts to anything. Dangerous territory.

We republicans stomped out Jim Crow laws. Left up to Democrats they still would exist.

    Extremely well said.

We republicans support YOUR freedom but it does not extend to others taking it from you. (your means holders of Freedom)

Sigh. The Democratic majority in the Senate and Congress forced the Republican minority to pass the CRA and VA in 1964 and 1965.

The Democratic members from the south in the House had a higher % supporting the CRA and the VA. The GOP members from the South voted against the acts 100% in both Senate and House.

The Democratic congress people from the North and West had higher voter %s than their Republican peers (and numbers).

Barry Goldwater, the GOP presidential candidate in 1964, voted against the CRA.

    Typical Republican.

Isn't that also a form of discrimination? Playing devil's advocate here, but I do think it is, even though I wouldn't want someone who is violent while at work near me. Then, isn't that already covered?

    Oh come on.

Statements like that are just absurd.

How can modern day Republicans keep on playing this game. No one with any sense buys it for a second.

"We Republicans". Give me a break. We all know the story of the parties.

The Republicans who claim that are the same one's that say black people don't tip or gay people are deviants or the Chinese block the aisles.

    I swear....
