Yup, the usual double standards in society and, of course, in this forum.

 

Maybe we have too many CS laws.

 

Computer science laws? Company secretary laws?

Maybe those who do not want to see the inside of a jail are simply much smarter and more circumspect than those who frequent the jails.

Maybe some know the CS laws and how to weave their way around them, e.g., they never have drugs in their car and know how to obtain with guaranteed no pain -- smarter than the average junkie so they live better.
