He only got the loan because of his last name.

There is evidence it enabled contacts within the government. Was Hunter registered as a foreign agent?

Emails Reveal Burisma Consulting Firm Leveraged Hunter Biden To Get State Dept. Meetings
A State Department email from February 2016 cited specifically Hunter Biden’s involvement with Burisma when discussing the possibility of setting up a meeting with Burisma’s consulting firm.

Finally, U.S. Senators are waking up to the possibility that 2020 Democratic contender Joe Biden may have knowingly permitted his son Hunter to “sell” access to the U.S. State Department while Joe was serving as Vice President. The line between crony capitalism and outright corruption is a thin one, but when it comes to assessing the legitimacy of Trump’s interest in ending Ukrainian corruption, it’s worth determining the veracity of corruption allegations, of which Hunter Biden represents a not insignificant part.

So we STILL need the Biden/Burisma investigation and a full cooperative election interference investigation.

Was it fine for Joe Biden to threaten, using Tax dollars, Ukraine to remove a prosecutor for being on the hunt for Burisma and brag he caused the firing in a mere 6 hours? I wonder if any Democrat asked Biden during his recent Debate? I seldom watch those dog and pony shows and would not blame you if you did not either.

    Oh it's coming.

Perhaps after the IG report comes out in December we may see a new special prosecutor. this one looking at the left.

I would say that it is perfectly ethical. A business manager is responsible for maximizing profits. As long as sheltering income is legal it is correct to take advantage of it. We could get into a debate about business taxes but I'm not in the mood. Don't like tax shelters? Make them illegal.

How about we reform the laws put in place by Republicans to stop companies from moving profits offshore?[/quote]

That would certainly give government more money to waste. If that is your goal then lobby for it. I would rather have the money in the hands of businesses where wealth is created.

Nobody cares where Hunter worked. What they care about is corruption. Burisma paid for a more direct line to the VP. It isn't illegal. It is corrupt.

You dont need his tax returns to determine his netwroth.

In fact, Business Insider analyzed his financial statements in 2014 and came up with $3.3 billion. Why do you need an exact number? What difference would it make? The point is, he took daddy's money and made more money. Biden took daddy's name and made money through bribes and payoffs, which is why nobody would ever argue Hunter is a successful businessman.

Plenty of people would argue Trump is a successful businessman though.

Burisma using Bidens name in no way implicates Biden in anything. Nor is there any evidence presented that Biden advocated in any manner for preferential treatment of Burisma by either the US or Ukraine.

You are going to have to do a lot better in your attempt to smear Biden and since Trump and all of his henchman haven’t come up with one spread of evidence I doubt you or the Federalist are going to succeed.

He took daddy’s money and daddy’s loan guarantees and made way less money than if he had just put it into the stock market.

And the Business Insider and Forbes estimates come with Hugh caveats.

Ahh sorry but you are in no position to make that statement of fact we've had no investigation into the matter. We have the reasonable suspicion at the least, probable cause in my view and this should be investigated. We know Burisma got into meetings with officials at State, was that because they had Hunter in their oligarch back pockets. Let's find out.

So your position is you can make any idiotic statement, unsubstantiated by any evidence , and we are supposed to accept it till the fable has been investigated..

that is what you posted. You provided absolutely no evidence of corruption by either of the Bidens. In fact you advocated having an investigation based on the dubious theory that the Bidens are guilty of some thing and will not be considered not guilty until an investigation proves they aren”t.
