It's not a constitutional issue its statutoral issue. Congress makes those definitions not the court, the court just goes by them. Your statement of fact is fallacious on it's face. I showed you that in the United States under United States law there is no difference between persons and corporations. You may not like that but you remain incorrect to say otherwise.

Of course the courts can strike down statutes. Happens all the time. Plenty in this list: Table of Laws Held Unconstitutional in Whole or in Part by the Supreme Court | Resources | Constitution Annotated | Congress.gov | Library of Congress

They haven't done so on this establishment of definition in US Code, in fact they ruled according to it reaffirming that that is how Congress wrote it in US Code. It's not a "law" it is a declaration of legal terms used in our laws as the Congress decides not the SCOTUS. There is nothing unconstitutional about it. If you believe so explain what.

If Congress decides to define life as starting at conception does SCOTUS have the power to nullify such since the Constitution only refers to live people, not unborn?

Can legal persons vote? Can they be drafted? Ask a lawyer if you can't figure this out.

Utterly IRRELEVANT since RIGHTS only BEGIN at BIRTH.

    I voted Other.

I would overturn Unelected Representative for Life John Roberts' unconstitutional act of judicial tax writing in NFIB v. Sebelius. That was one of the greatest travesties of "justice" in American history.
