No, that's your interpretation of Citizens United. Not mine. As I noted previously, if American politics could be bought, Soros would be president. If their name is Clinton, yes. They sold out the country several times. And please note that while the Clintons sold out to the big banks, they also sold out to the Chinese, the Russians, the Saudis, the Qataris (sp?), etc., none of whom would be covered by Citizens United. Again, that's your interpretation. I don't think that's what it means at all. The bribery laws are still on the books and occasionally get enforced. Citizens United said that corporations and unions can spend general funds on electioneering. It didn't change the restriction on corporate funding of political campaigns. It would still be entirely possible to prosecute and convict Hillary Clinton on bribery charges with C.U. in place.

You're way behind times. When Stephen Colbert was still with Comedy Central he covered all this with an attorney named Potter who was very familiar with the campaign rules, Super PACS and much more. Politicians in the US can very much be bought by special interests including ALEC and others.
