Thank you for sharing. We just don't get enough International News in the US. Those pictures are devastating. We can never assuredly state that any weather is the result of climate change. But the 1.2 deg F rise in average temperature on our planet, due to climate change, increases the chances of extreme weather events.
I've been seeing pictures like these since the 60s, it's same ole same ole that part of the world. Nothing new here.

Monsoons are now occurring in areas where, historically, they typically don't hit. Monsoons, like hurricanes, have a greater probablity of being worse if the air is warmer.
