We've been very passive with all the attacks on drones, ships and others but you kill an American for no reason you get the tip of the sword. Sorry we're not one of the wussy European countries that apologize when their citizens are killed. The invasion of Iraq was predicated on the extremely stupid notion that the Iraqis didn't want to live in in a brutal and violent society controlled by an oppressive dictator.
