OK fine. Bush is the commander in chief that allowed the formation of ISIS, with his congressional help.

I care less, if you want to blame a party.

And now Americans know the rest of the story.
Not the lies that have been thrown out there by false claimed news channels and radio talk shows.

I'll go with François Georges-Picot and Sir Mark Sykes

Well, you're blaming Bush you need to place all the blame since you say Bush "allowed the formation of ISIS". How exactly does that work with the Democrats cutting funding for the boots on the ground?

Along with all the Democrats who authorized the use of force. ;)

Here's another thing you conveniently forgot to mention - the Hussein regime was a terrorist-sponsoring regime. The only thing Saddam's Tikriti mafia kept at bay were the Shi'a and Kurds.

Actually I asked a question. Didn't specifically place a blame.
The article showed a brief history of how they came about and time frame.

I asked the question because many posts in these forums said it was because obama left Iraq. Well data shows they started in the are while we still were there.

Obama is to blame for ISIS and any terror attacks that have occurred recently.

Are you guys complete idiots? Are you eating lead paint chips between posts? There's not a swinging dick on this planet that don't think America has a great deal of responsibility the complete cluster(*)(*)(*)(*) of the middle east is in. Yemen, Iraq, Syria, Afghanistan, Egypt we have some how completely screwed up everything we have touched. We have shown the world our complete ineptitude on middle east ideology, we need to get the (*)(*)(*)(*) out before we get dragged into fixing these countries that can't be fixed.

We kind of already did, unfortunately. Whenever things go wrong in the Middle East the world looks to us, both for putting the blame and asking for the solution, it's ironic.
