Most women prefer sexists, of course.

The day I see Muslim women as truly free as any other that can truly make their own decisions then I will drop the label of Islam being the most sexist religion.

Free as in what sense? Give me the comparison of scale you'd like to see placed in balance.

Ignoring all the false propaganda you just quoted, I'd like to point out that being sexist is not something just limited to the treatment of females.

Why all this "women, women, women" talk in a conversation about sexism? Ignoring that other sexes exist (including discrimination against transgender, which is actually the most discriminated against) is the first step in identifying the real issue of sexism.

The miracle of Islam is the Qur'an itself. If she had any real knowledge of Islam she would know this because its referenced quite often. The reason the Qur'an is a miracle is because, unlike any other religious scripture that came before it, the Qur'an cannot be changed (not one word can be altered). I'm also not sure where she gets her historical facts of the history of Islam even though she claims her evidence is supported by hadith, she doesn't cite which hadith or where a person can find it in a particular hadith (a big no, no, in Islam). I can find a video also about Islam that paints a beautiful picture of Islam and is consistent with the text of the Qur'an. But even that I cannot confirm is historically accurate.

However, that isn't what matters. What matters here is that (even if every thing she said was true) that somehow because Muhammad (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) was a successful and brutal warlord it somehow translates to Islam being sexists to women? If anything I think the non-Muslim men that fell under the Islamic sword would have a stronger complaint. It is true that Muslim men were encouraged to take widowed wives (of their enemies) as brides of their own. This is because women at that place and time depended on having a man. Predating Islam, women in Arabia had very little rights (basically equivalent to indentured servants and sex-slaves without saying it out loud). The only significant difference between a married woman and a slave was that only her husband could "correct" her. If anything Islam's new rules regarding women (if anything) actually liberated them from their previous condition. Any man taking on a wife was required by law to surrender half his wealth to his wife and she was not under any obligation for what she choose to do with that wealth, meanwhile the husband was under full obligation to use the portion of wealth he retained to financially provide for the household. Another existing practice that Islam ended was the killing of any second female child. Yes, before Islam a family could only have one female child but as many sons as they could bare (because as a culture in general throughout Arabia strength of warfare was the most respected attribute of any family). Islam would never have been able to survive that environment had it not implanted a strong priority on defense).

Another common complaint is that Muslim men were allowed multiple wives while women were not permitted to have multiple husbands. So lets talk about that one. It's true their were many more men than women (because prior to Islam that was mandated), but as the constant fighting created many widows in a culture that it was frowned upon to marry anything less than a virgin, many women found themselves husbandless. It was very difficult for a single woman to succeed without a man because the region itself was already very male dominated. A female vendor could not get equal pricing for their goods to that of a male vendor could. Society already held women to second-class standards (unless they were supported by well established and influential husband capable of waging war against transgressors). Highway robbery of caravans crossing the desert was a very real threat vendors had to endure. Also, children born of a man with many wives maintained a very clear record of their linage while a female with many male suitors could not supply the same clear record.

Next lets discuss that women were (and still are) forbidden from leading pray in Islam with men behind them. Women must pray in the back behind all men. The reason for that is because while performing prayer Muslims bend-over, which could be quite I distraction for a male with a female's backside in his face when they're supposed to be focused on God instead of sex. As for this being a problem for men, well homosexuality was ordered punishable by death. I can go on and on citing examples and reasons, but what's important to understand about Islam is that it's a very blunt and direct way of life.

The chopping-off-of-heads for example (that the woman in the video you sourced seems particularly disturbed by). Considering that I live in the US where we also have the death penalty as well, yet we like to take it to exotic extremes like gas, electric, lethal injection because simpler tactics (like: firing-squads and hanging was too inhumane for our new culture). I'd have to say, if it we me I'd opt for the beheading (very simple, very effective, very immediate, and very low cost). In fact, I'd prefer a beheading to spending the rest of my life rotting in prison. In Islam there is a saying, "oppression is worse than death."

There is also another saying in regards to those that claim Islam was spread by the sword (i.e. the way ISIS appears to be staking its claim today), and that is that there is "no compulsion in Islam." That might be hard to swallow for most considering what has been seen in Islamic history, but it is well documented in the Qur'an that forced compulsion is improper. Which leads me to my last point, there is a separation in every religion between the way a religion is intended to be followed and the way followers of a religion may actually behave.

The fact that so many women (the MAJORITY of converts into that religion) convert to Islam proves it is not sexist.

Discrimination against transgender? There are two genders. Male and female. If you have a ding a ling, you're male. Got the other thing, you're a female. Pretending to call yourself the other sex, doesn't make it true. If you go through the surgery and replace your parts? Congrats, we'll call you the other gender now.

I highly suggest you learn what Transgender means. It does not mean they "have both" as you just claimed. Try and educate yourself before arguing about something. Knowing nothing about what you're arguing just helped me easily win this discussion. Transgender is someone who WANTS to be the other sex, but isn't.

You're confusing "transsexual" with "transgender", sexuality it a preference, gender is physical. By all means feel free to look it up and cite a source.

@Diamond No. I cited the exact definition. You said that transgendered people "have both". YOU said that. I CITED the definition of Transgender, which states the complete OPPOSITE of what you said.

Thank you for allowing me to cite my sources to PROVE you have no idea what you're talking about. Transgender is merely a feeling of RELATING to another gender. They don't have "both" as you SAID.

Keep in mind, blatant lying is considered trolling.

I do not permit a woman to teach or to have authority over a man; she must be silent. (1 Timothy 2:12)

Biologically you are referring to hermaphrodite. Transsexual is concerning sexual preference....Trans gender is a very recent term used as societal definition based on discriminatory activity choices and newly available gender reassignment possibility.

Not at all. Women are attracted to sexists, especially manly Muslim sexists. They are converting to please their men, not for any other reason.

Where do you draw that conclusion? If anything I admit that the two are synonymous.

It was you that was arguing that only males and females existed. In your mind, a hermaphrodite is as fictional as a unicorn.
