    I dont want her dead. People I am very loosely associated with might. That's not the sort of talk I like.

    I have consistently said that she should enjoy a nice long life in retirement.

    Scalia found a way to make good friends with her, she can't be that bad in person, even if I find her jurisprudence absolutely ridiculous.

    IIRC Ginsburg and Scalia had a common interest in opera. Back in the 1990s they both had the opportunity to sing in a performance. I remember the picture of them both smiling in costume.

    If its someone who just has a different political viewpoint then no. If it is someone who's politics actually harmed or killed people than I have no qualms about them dying for example Kim.

    If it's for the greater good, and there's a danger of anarchists and subversives getting aboard the wagon, then I'm afraid that silencing the troublemakers is the only way to stop them destroying a country. In fact I suspect that's what happened in Pinochet's Chile.

    Yes. I stopped being friends with a guy who wished death on a sports coach for a team he didn't like, saying he wished she'd been on one of the 9/11 planes. That to me was beyond the pale of acceptable behavior/ thinking.

    That said, I will absolutely be glad when Ginsberg passes away. I wish her no harm, but her pronouncements on Trump have also been beyond the pale, and she should have resigned and moved to Australia like she threatened to do if Trump got elected. No sitting Supreme Court justice should ever weigh in on a presidential election. There are specific rules against lower federal court judges from doing just that.

    Not if you are remotely sane or have even a passing grasp of fact. The comparison is so insulting that it isn't even worth explaining why. If you don't get it you never will.

    I can think of people whose sudden demise I would applaud, not least because it would ease considerable human suffering: the leaders of the Myamnar Army; Joseph Kony; Assad; maybe a few others. Wishing for the death of politicians & judges you disagree with is a different matter entirely.

    Ginsburg is a rabid pro-abortionist. She has no compassion for the unborn, and advocates for their murder. What is the difference in wanting Ginsburg's death, and her wanting to kill fetuses? She is old, has lived a long privileged life--the kind of life that aborted fetuses will never have the chance to do.
    For the record, I am not advocating for Ginsburg's death, nor do I belong to an anti-abortion religious group.
