"We were talking about countries England never invaded". What countries in the UK were not invaded by England?
I think the DP should make more strict gun control laws the first plank in their platform. Go ahead walk that plank Demmies.
What Englishmen were those? Why don't you just do as your masters tell you and stop wasting our time with this footle?
Who are my "masters"? The Jews? Zionists? The CIA? If an American moved to England and all he did was bitch and whine about English law, English culture, English this and English that, my advice to him would be to ****ing move someplace else.
In your opinion. That are all currently in place in some locations throughout the country and therefore have not been ruled unconstitutional.
The anti-gun Left has constantly been guilty of moving the goalposts every time the subject of gun control has come up. This is why they are not to be trusted and the primary reason why Obama's 2013 gun ban bill failed. The anti-gun Left has lost all credibility due their dishonesty and most Americans are moving in the opposite direction because dishonest people are not to be trusted.
It's revealing, that's for sure; as is his belief that our political leaders should face no consequence for betraying their oath to the Constitution.
What are you on about now ? Nobody is trying anything, except you lot. You try men's patience with your tedious shopworn arguments long ago disproved.
They should never have been enacted. Period. They blatantly violate the Constitution, the politicians that pursued enactment of those laws and voted for them should be prosecuted for violating their oaths of office, and it is criminal that we have a system that allows unconstitutional laws to be enacted and then require literally decades of litigation to see them overturned while the American people have to deal with infringements upon their rights.
To quote: " Fools, they'll have the worm soon enough...." No Marster lasts forever, soon enough, the grave ends tyranny. "Oh what fools these mortals be... "
Will you prosecute pro life politicians that push for unconstitutional anti abortion laws with the same conviction?
Oh, yes I would. Political leaders held to account for depredations against the people. Who WOULDN'T want that??
It is not illegal to push for laws on anything, so no prosecution is possible since there is no crime. Abortion is a Women's issue, and should be left to Women as to what they do according to their own bodies, not men.
ANY politician that violates the Constitution. Of course, Roe v. Wade is one of those rulings that is full of landmines, as they manufactured a right by interpreting the Right to Privacy as broadly as possible; but I tend to think the Constitution should always be viewed through original intent. If there is a need for the government to regulate reproductive rights... then pass an amendment allowing such.
I take respectful issue with that. If a politician pushes for a law that is unconstitutional I believe they should be prosecuted for violating their oath to protect the Constitution. Agreed.
I respect the Constitution and recognize the damage being done to this country by government's refusal to conform to it, and by the people letting that happen.
