I havnt seen any other news outlet telling people that cloth masks are just decoration. It stands to reason that CNN thinks their viewers need to know that. And since its because (as you claim) 'people arent social distancing', CNN must think their viewers are not social distancing.

I mean its either that or you're just trying to cover for their ridiculous shenanigans. But that would just be silly, so Im trying to work with the former option.
