Contrary to the said propaganda, and completely missing, is the contextual narrative underpinning the mass exodus of Jews from Arab lands. This relates in particular to the many 'pull factors' associated with redemptive and messianic aspirations applicable to Zionism in its early days.

These pull factors, which exerted a massive motivating factor among vast swaths of world Jewry during this historical period, have been deliberately sidelined by the Israeli propagandists in an attempt to minimize the systematic ethnic cleansing of Palestinian's in the land of Palestine. The notion, as Israeli historians like Tom Segev and Avi Shlaim confirm, that Jews were systematically driven out on mass from Arab lands, is totally fallacious and disingenuous.

The fact that Jews were victims of the Israeli-Arab conflict has been conflated with the false narrative that Jews were expelled on mass in a deliberate and systematic way.

Your selective use of certain individuals speaks for itself as does your inability to understand the difference between an historian and a political editorialist. Someone who removes historic events out of their time sequence and context and prescribes theories and motives as to why they happen is not an historian, they are a political editorialist. The persons you quote for that very reason are not recognized as historians in the academic world-and its why they like to call themselves "new historians".

They reinterpret past events to suit their political opinions to complete editorials. That is not history. History as much as possible reports what happened as objectively as possible without political bias. In fact if historians have learned one thing its that political biases will cause distortion and this is precisely why both historians and anthropologists try avoid political biases or cultural biases when reporting.

The fact you only provide certain people to quote only proves the point you engage in partisan political editorialization but try pass it off as the only version of what happened and why it happened.

No one has to recognize Israel as a Jewish state, but they do have to recognize Israel as a legal and legitimate member of the world community of nations.

 

Well hypothetically if one were to go by the history of the modern state of Israel; it would include West Bank, the Gaza Strip, the Sinai Peninsula, and the Golan Heights.

If they were to go by the ancient kingdom of Israel that existed from 1020 BCE - 930 BCE:

 

Egypt never recognized Israel as a "Jewish" state.
