It looks like we are on course for a Biden victory

    From the current counts it looks like we might be seeing a Biden victory.
    Biden has 238 votes in the EC currently and he is in the lead in Wisconsin Michigan, which would give him a total of 270 votes exactly, and a victory.

    Then you also have to count in any possible votes he gets in Maine. Maine has a proportional system in which four of their six boats go to individual winners in each of there for districts. Trump will get two votes to himself for winning State overall, but the other four of their six easy votes will go to the candidate who wins each district, meaning that with as close as it is Biden will be likely to win at least one of those boats for himself. Maybe even two if the election is close enough in the state. This would give Biden a total of 271 to 272 delegates.

    then you also have to take into account that Biden is also running close races in several other states as well.

    Either way regardless of what happens in any other states, if Biden holds onto his lead and wins Nevada Michigan, and Wisconsin he wins the election, since those States would give him exactly the number of delegates he needs to win.

    I just hope it does not come down to PA. I am tired of the "they are stealing the election" nonsense already.

    Trump supporters should feel they won, especially with how it looks with the senate. This could have easily been a blow out loss for Trump and a loss of senate control.

    My state is solid red and the senate hopefully can hold off the push left that is coming, I can live with that. Trump is irrelevant at this point and the real surprise is that it is even this close.

    Conversely....
    If Trump holds on his leads in GA NC PA AK, he needs only NV or MI or WI.
    There is a good chance one of those will go from pale blue to pale red.

    Yep. Las Vegas, and Detroit are gonna go Trump and the 300 votes remaining in Wisconsin will suddenly turn into 20,000. :)

    No link to back it up but from what I understand the reason your claim is true is because the new voter registrations on election (it is legal to register to vote and then vote on the same day) day were not counted as eligible voters.

    all votes mailed by election day will be considered legit, as long as filled out and mailed correctly.
