It's Warren - Democratic Candidate For President

I think there is no way Warren could win a fair election. Especially after debate performances. Her head is gonna start to wobble like it does when she gets emotional and she will come off as hysterical, in addition to her positions being indefensible.

She didn't lie. She actually believed that she was part Indian before she got the infamous DNA test.

 

Biden is toast. He will be lucky to survive this Ukraine thing without indictment.

 

She claims to be from a long line of liars, she was lied to by her parents and grandparents, as if lying is genetically predisposed. Maybe she is right, another reason not to vote for her......

True, but even when she believed it she believed she was 1/32 Indian, which in effect means...zero. Yet she had no problem passing herself off as one.

It’s way too early but Warren’s slow ascent has been impressive. There are likely six candidates that are still in this nomination fight and I would suggest ten of the remaining 17 drop out now.

Our next President will be an improvement over the current one but then again that is an incredibly low bar.

Warren is Hillary 2.0? That’s ridiculous. Warren is on the left side of the party; Hillary is a centrist. About the only thing they have in common is gender.

Not my first choice — I’d prefer Booker or Buttegieg. But I’ll vote for her over Trump. Reality and politics will constrain her options, so if you fear she’s a closet Socialist who will turn the country into Venezuela, relax.

 

Life is better without the paranoid conspiracy theories.

Fact is, she was the most conservative Dem running, and that wasn’t going to fly with base voters. She never stood a chance. Which is why she has never polled above the basement.

I think you guys should hammer away at this now because, if she is nominated, you're going to have a hard time explaining to voters why complaining about one candidate's lie about her "race" is more important than the other lying about his crimes.

And then the whole "oh... you're throwing the race card..." and "are you calling me a racist?" debacle starts. That doesn't look like a battle Trump loyalists are likely to win.

 

Don't get me wrong, I don't think her Fauxcahontas faux pas will cost her a single vote (OK well...maybe a few Indian votes). I was merely responding to another poster who didn't think she had lied that she in fact lied.

 

Still not sure why you think Warren will win the nomination at this point over Biden or any of the other contenders. I'm a lefty and she is basically Hilary 2.0. Maybe a slightly more progressive Hilary (which is how she draws those crowds) but still a corporatist through and through. If she's nominated, the dems will probably lose though because of the latter.

 

I think there is solid merit in what you have written. I think she will win, because "the machine" is backing her now. Hillary Clinton and Liz Warren have been meeting behind the scenes. She is Hillary's pick and that still matters in the establishment back rooms. She has taken the lead in Iowa and also California. This is going to the establishment candidate that will do/say whatever it takes to secure the win.

 

I seriously doubt it will be Warren, Biden will win it, He might pick Warren as his running mate, but they wont beat Trump.

Despite Trump's flaws, populism is still popular in America today and its growing around the world.

America middle class and rich are not ready or wants any type of socialism.

That is where Trump has the upper hand.
