By tweeting something negative about Weiner, she's in essence claiming to be better.

 

Adultery and other infidelities are not restricted to the Democratic/Republican party - so it doesn't matter what her party is, to act like your party is above it, is kind of smug.

 

So now you're moving the bar. I simply stated she didn't tell anyone how to live their lives. If you want to change the subject, that is fine. But let's not pretend it has anything to do with her telling people how to live their lives, as Celebrorn asserted. And as for her being better than Weiner, fine, let's stretch and go along with your claim. Who are you to judge whether she is better than Weiner any more than she is? I would argue you or I are in less of a position to do so than her.

Your interpretation of what she meant by her statement is yours, not everyone else's. The fact that she doesn't have such a pristine past should at least keep her from making such critical remarks about others.

I'm not defending Weiner, either, but it's up to New Yorkers to decide whether or not he's their choice, just South Carolinian Republicans chose to elect Sanford.

McCain doesn't count as being on "our side". He is on Obama's side.

 

If the voters of New York elect him, they deserve what they get.

Cindy McCain is not only a wife, but she's a MOTHER also - had raised teenage daughters, one she had rescued from the hellhole of Bangladesh!

Being a mother and knowing about the sexual predators out there, preying on young girls, she saw Weiner as a sexual predator and she's right and had every right to express her thoughts about him.......
