The Palestine train didn't have enough class 3 flammable cars to be considered an HHFT.

Guess this EPA puke will not be showing up to have a glass a water as challenged by the new Ohio Senator as the EPA puke declared the water "Safe", some time back.

Of course the car that had the broken axle that caused the derailment would not have been saved by different brakes. The train engineers ignored warnings and did not begin applying the actual brakes they had until it was way too late.

 

Turns out the NTSB says removing that common sense Obama regulation wouldn't have mitigated this particular derailment and aftermath..... go figure...
