Inflation is world wide. In the US, Both Biden and Trump implemented stimulus packages which resulted in $4 trillion in
quantitative easing ( fiat currency issue ) which contributed to the inflation we are now experiencing, and the pandemic caused supply chain issues, so it is the Pandemic that is the cause of the havoc we have experienced.

Biden's policies have been a good thing, fixing a long needed infrastructure (which Trump tried for four years and couldn't get it done) , a ten year project, the Chips Act, the IRA, gun legislation, 3.5% unemployment, help wanted signs are everywhere, gas is declining, and things are looking up. In order to get a handle on inflation, the fed must raise interest rates, but since the pandemic will pass, the high rates, too, will pass, and inflation will eventually settle.
