AND?? The company paid the paltry fine for the company violations. The finances were headed by the guy going to jail. That is why he is the CHIEF financial officer and HE committed the tax fraud.

Yet he didn't get Trump on it so now he is REOPENING Stormy Daniels.

When will it end? Will it ever?

What fine did they pay ? And When ?
The CFO may have committed tax fraud, but the officers of the corporation (including the Orange Stain) are liable(as officers).
Ain't that great ? A corporation may limit individual liability, but they also share in liability for actions made in the name of the corporation.......like tax fraud.

I'm sure it is just a coincidence that Trump was running a fraudulent real estate organization . . . and a fraudulent charity . . . and a fraudulent university. I love how his supporters bounce back and forth between "He's a business genius" to "He's just a figurehead who had no idea what was going on in any of his enterprises."

Show us ANY example of a company being criminally charged for failing to report benefits as income. Generally its a civil fine imposed.

That's what they do for everything.

"Law and Order POTUS" when they are killing black and brown people.
    J6 - crickets

    "LGBTQ/drag queens/teachers - pedophiles"
Re-elects someone that voted "no" on the Human Trafficking bill whose friend was just convicted.
Ignores rampant pedophilia in every religion/denomination (because they are white, male, heterosexuals).

"All POC are criminals and savages!!"
Crime is higher in red states.

"Free and fair elections! Stop the steal".
Trump and team committed outrageous election fraud - crickets.

"We don't need diversity! POC are the plague of our society!"
Blue states subsidize Red states so we help them survive so they hate us.

"I'm not wearing a mask, distancing, vaccinating or boosting! F*ck that! My body, my choice."
Women should have their husbands or fathers and politicians in their private medical decisions.

"I'm not wearing a mask, distancing, vaccinating or boosting! F*ck that!"
But, you are trying to sell the bullsh!t that a "good guy with a gun" will help out a stranger?

"Moo-Chell/Michael is a man." and "She is a Jezebel for wearing a sleeveless dress.
Melania was a lesbian porn nude model that glorified weapons - crickets.

    MY PERSONAL FAVORITE...

18-20 years old - don't have the maturity needed to vote so let's raise the age to 21.
18 years old - can enlist and buy weapons.
10+ years old - can be mothers (yet, their own claim is LGBTQ are the ones molesting little kids).

It will never end until they force Trump out of the public life. Since I don't want Trump to get the nomination in 2024, I find myself conflicted. If they get him out, it will open things up for someone else and give the Republicans a chance to win.

Trump's negatives are so high that there is no way for him to win. Biden is truly terrible, but there are enough numb skulls out there who will vote for him, even if the Whitehouse becomes a memory care unit and a lock down facility to keep him from wondering.

All this raises another point. If Trump had been treated fairly, like other presidents, during his term, would he have gone off the rails as badly as he did after the 2020 election? There is no way to know. The radical Democrats had no honest story to tell about Russia collusion, but they were able to hound him over the issue for almost his entire term. There should be a special place in hell for Adam Schiff. He made Joe McCarthy look like a piker.

The organization committed tax fraud. That means it went beyond one guy.

Are you saying the leader of an organization bears no responsibility for what happens in his organization?

You’ll have to source those quotes. You’ll also need to add that he told people to drink bleach to cure Covid in there:) Might as well go full crazy.

What Trump's organizations did was out-and-out wrong, and they knew it. If someone like you or me were to do this sort of thing, we'd be in jail for a very long time. I don't know what they'll do to Trump at this time.

OF course not. He bears responsibility for those which he as responsibility. It was a financial crime by the CFO it went no higher than him. Are you saying the leader of an organization is responsible for everything that happens in their organization?

Ultimately, the leader bears some responsibility. Responsibility for permitting it to have occurred. For failing to have appropriate controls in place. In this case, for signing checks that were part of the fraud.

“The buck stops anywhere but here” seems to be trump’s cowardly motto, and his apologists repeat that mantra for him.

They usually ignore all the facts to make their position make sense.

This is not the first time...

    1. An organization headed by the Orange Stain has been found guilty.
    2. The Orange Stain has claimed he had nothing to do with shadiness (that's ALWAYS false).
    3. He tried to play innocent and throw somebody else under the bus (that his MO).
    4. He's used his <whatever they are> to incite anger and retaliation on someone for doing their job.
    5. That his signature has been all over documents that he claims he knows nothing about.

He's been committing crimes his entire life. They can see what we see because they are his marks.

That doesn't excuse Trump from failing to operate a legal corporation.

NOW Republicans want him to run AMERICA!!

    Seriously. Where is YOUR limit?

I was working on a document to keep track of who he blamed for anything and it became so long that I had to put it down.

The ONLY thing that came remotely close was when he said his Administration should be criticized if they were doing a bad job (re: COVID mitigation) but they were doing a tremendous job. Well, if he believed that at that time, why did he walk off the job to campaign and gaslight his supporters with bullsh!t?

I am honestly heartbroken that so many are willing to trash our Constitution for a career criminal that doesn't give a damn about anyone but himself.

For what and why? What law did individual one violate? People shouldn't be held legally accountable just because some don't like them don't ya think?

What proof was presented that Trump knew that the CFO was engaged in illegal tax reporting? Where did I say I want him to run? I don't I have been quite clear about that that's not going to prove some point for you.

Well when you present the evidence that he permitted it then we can discuss that for the AG did not nor did their witness testify to that so let's see you prove that one..............

The CFO is responsible along with the accounting firm. Owners are rarely accountants or financial people, they hire people to run and controller those things. Weisselberg was the CHIEF Financial OFFICER, that gave him control and responsibility. That's why he is going to jail.

You might want to get your facts straight and learn why Lara Trump was dismissed by Fox. It's certainly not for the reason you implied per trashy MEME. :)

They are scared of him returning to power.
It's absolutely the correct word. The Trump fear borders on hysteria. There's only one reason for the left's unnatural fear of Trump. They fear his returning to power. Hence, they jump on every band wagon cheering for his personal demise. Take this thread for instance. Trump has to pay a fine. Big whoop. It's not a felony. It's a judgment against the Trump Organization. Stuff like this happens to legitimate businesses all the time.

The hysteria expressed in their wishful glee to "finally get him" is insane. Humming the Stone's nineteenth nervous breakdown. ;)
