Its very rare here as well. Per the CDC's WISQARS database, 3 6-year olds were killed accidentally by guns in 2015. That's less than a one in a million event for 6 year olds (based on the population of 6 year olds which is about 4 million). Yes, each one was tragic, but fortunately, rare.

 

I hope they charge her for felony murder for being an accomplice, which resulted in her accomplice's deaths.

Just using your example. It's easy to get the data for other ages as well. Roughly speaking it's similar in each age group after age 3, and it's a one in a million type event overall.
