"Kushner used private email to conduct White House business"

    http://www.politico.com/story/2017/09/24/jared-kushner-private-email-white-house-243071

"Presidential son-in-law and senior adviser Jared Kushner has corresponded with other administration officials about White House matters through a private email account set up during the transition last December, part of a larger pattern of Trump administration aides using personal email accounts for government business."

after all the news about Clinton's use of personal email he was dumb enough to use personal email? wow

    from the article

"Aides say he prefers to call or text over using email."

why are text's not saved, they are basically the same as emails, had not thought about before, but makes sense that those should also be archived

Well, we know it's legal and a good way to hide communications you don't want in the official record so why would be surprised that someone else is doing it?

the email was set up then, he used sense then, he is no longer a private citizen

it's not a crime, Congress never made it a crime, but still stupid of him

    http://thedailybanter.com/2015/03/f...egulation-hillary-clinton-allegedly-violated/

"1) Did Clinton break any laws by using a private email account, exclusively or otherwise?

No. And we’ve known about her private email for a couple of years now after it was originally reported by Gawker. So, old news. Also, guess which lawmaker made sure personal email usage was permitted in the amendments to the Federal Records Act last year? Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA)."

we know it's legal, Congress made sure of that, always has been, it is fun to see republicans now have to admit that though

a better way to hide conversations is to use voice or text.... which is what aides say Kushner prefers

So what's the point of this thread if everyone knows it's legal to use a private server to hide what should be public communications?

it wasn't a crime, so why would I, if it's a issue Congress needs to make a law making it a crime

    It is a crime.

    2. Violation of The 2009 Federal Records Act
Section 1236.22 of the 2009 National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) requirements states that:

“Agencies that allow employees to send and receive official electronic mail messages using a system not operated by the agency must ensure that Federal records sent or received on such systems are preserved in the appropriate agency record keeping system.”

Now whats your excuse for running away from chanting lock her up?

she turned all emails over for archiving, just like Kushner did, because all emails sent to a .gov address or received from a .gov address are auto-archived on government servers

    should Trump fire Kushner?

"There is no indication that Kushner has shared any sensitive or classified material on his private account, or that he relies on his private email account more than his official White House account to conduct government business"

and that is the Big Glaring Difference between what Kushner has done and what Clinton did

Clinton did all her government business on her private account and did share classified martial using her private account

all the emails she sent or received or even cc'd to a .gov email address were auto-archived, that is just fact

    same is true with Kushner

if none of Kushner's 100 or so emails were confidential, they will all be released to the public without being redacted, think we both know that wont happen, but time will tell if any are classified as confidential after the fact like Clintons

Your own article clearly states no classified or sensitive material was transferred over those emails and that he rarely uses it. No comparison to Hillary. Liberal fail.

Using personal email is not the issue. Sending classified information is.
