    Another one bites the dust.

Jenna Ellis has pled guilty in Fani Willis' racketeering case in Georgia. Part of the agreement, as with the others who have pled guilty, is that she will have to testify in trials of the other defendants.

Yep, another lawyer whose lawyers allowed her to plead guilty to a non crime.

    Willis won't allow it.

Trump is the top guy in this. Plea deals are made with others to get them to testify against the higher ups.

Today or tomorrow Trump's previous attorney, Michael Cohen will be testifying against him. The drama tweets should be increasing soon from Trump.

Old news; Georgia Republicans say they’ll move to remove Fulton County DA Fani Willis from office with new State law.

Huuuummm, were they worried that X number of defendants would plead guilty??????

Bravo to Brian Kemp for dismissing efforts by his fellow Republicans to remove/punish Fani Willis.

We do know that Trump was negotiating and tried to make a plea deal with James right up to when he was indicted for the 250 million fraud.
    James refused .
I can definitely see him trying to make a deal with Willis as time goes by.
One of the questions is will any of these Georgia defendants go to trial?
Giuliani is ****ed either way..deal or trial.
    Meadows?

If these plea deal defendants didn't have incriminating evidence going up the ladder they wouldn't have gotten these deals.
If they don't "testify truthfully" to the info they already gave prosecutors to get these deals then the deal is off and they go to trial.
These kinds of deals are a prosecutors dream. lol

I don't think they even go to trial. I think the plea deal is that if they don't testify truthfully then they are considered to have pled guilty to the original charges.

Former Trump campaign lawyer Jenna Ellis pleaded guilty Tuesday in the Georgia election subversion case and will cooperate with Fulton County prosecutors – the third guilty plea in the past week.

At an unscheduled hearing in Atlanta, Ellis pleaded guilty to one count of aiding and abetting false statements, a felony stemming from the election lies that Ellis and other Donald Trump lawyers peddled to Georgia lawmakers in December 2020.

She was sentenced to five years of probation and ordered to pay $5,000 in restitution.

Ellis delivered a tearful statement to the judge Tuesday while pleading guilty, disavowing her participation in Trump’s unprecedented attempts to overturn the 2020 election.

“If I knew then what I knew now, I would have declined to represent Donald Trump in these post-election challenges. I look back on this experience with deep remorse,” Ellis said, her voice breaking at times.

    She's too cute.

Another cult victim and the 4th or 5th defendant to plead guilty (I've lost count).

When the trial gets underway, Trump will have to contend with the testimony of 3 of his former lawyers.

At the rate things are going, I wouldn't be surprised if Giuliani flipped too.

    To be continued.

In todays political climate she will need multiple corroborations to each accusation to get a conviction on Trump. This is what she is doing right now, she is going to have multiple people testify to the same crimes so their is no doubt in the Juries mind. Public perception is 1000% a different animal in this case. As Trump said, he could shoot someone on 5th ave and his supporters would never convict him, and he is correct.

She has him right now, but she is going the extra mile to make sure she gets it right and makes sure she can get a conviction on the 800lb gorilla that is Trumpism.

At this stage, I don’t really care about who will be put on probation, fined, jailed, or guillotined as my wanting all election-related criminal cases to move through the court system is to ridicule Trump’s below average intelligent/gullible supporters.

These people should have all gotten one year in prison, for their crimes against the American people.

It’s sort of like the Salem witch trials. If you name someone else as a witch, you got to survive in prison.

On the other hand, there was always the dunking trial.

They dump you the water. If you float, you are witch, and they hang you. If you sink and drown, well, you were innocent, but what court is perfect?

Notice how neither you nor the media explains exactly what it is she was accused of doing.

Simply stating the criminal charges is not saying what they are accused of doing.

I suspect people like you don't actually care whether she's really guilty or not.
She "conspired with Trump", and that is guilt enough for you.
