legally reversing trump's pardons

    Nowhere in that language does it say anything about an impeached president issuing pardons, instead it clearly says that he can't override cases of impeachment. In other words, Biden can't pardon Trump to stop the impeachment trial from going forward, nor can he issue a pardon if they decide to impeach Bernie Sanders for the attack at the congressional ballgame.

    “...and he shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offences against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment.”

    edit: Real question is why would you want to? You got a problem with rappers?

    This is an openly false reading of the constitution. It's saying he can't pardon those who are impeached. Everyone knows this, the plain language of the text clearly says this, no court is going to take up your cause.

    The pardon is a plenary power.

    Free speech? Don't make me laugh the left no longer gives a crap about free speech. Given that almost all the people I see not wearing masks are likely Democrat voters that problem isn't confined to the Republican party.
