'Let's Go Brandon!' goes from social media meme to the top of the iTunes charts

An anti-President Biden rap song inspired by the viral "Let's go Brandon!" trend is now sitting at the top of the iTunes hip-hop chart.

The song was inspired by the "Let's go Brandon!" trend that has been sweeping the country since NBC sports reporter Kelli Stavast interviewed NASCAR driver Brandon Brown following his victory at Alabama’s Talladega Superspeedway earlier this month. During the interview, the crowd could be heard chanting "F--- Joe Biden" in the background, which Stavast seemingly misheard as "Let's go Brandon!"

AFAIK at no point during the previous 4 years when leftists regularly screamed "**** Trump" did anyone on the right try to act like they weren't in a sad and desperate attempt to hide the fact there were people who didn't like Trump. I don't recall, and you correct me if I'm wrong, any right-winger having to fabricate such a grossly obvious lie because their fragile little ego couldn't come to terms with the fact that there are tons and tons of people who don't like Biden. I guess the recent polls showing Joe's utterly abysmal approval ratings are trolling too right?

Also, which side flew a giant baby Trump balloon? Which side perpetrated 'orange skin'? Which side mocked his kid for drinking hot chocolate? Which side <insert any of the literal thousands of butthurt attacks on Trump and his family>? Both sides troll, both sides meme, the difference is the left just sucks at it haha.

I think our Proggy pals are genuinely shocked when finding out that not everyone under the age of 40 hearts Xoe Biden/Democrats. This kind of shock happens because they've come up in a very opaque bubble - and because they've never questioned the dogma. They've been told that all reasonable young people necessarily love the Left, and they accept that at face value. They're far too insular to mix with a wide variety of political (or cultural) orientations, so it's probably quite surreal to find that all of this has been going on while their eyes were closed. The five stages of grief probably kick in quite quickly .. though reaching stage five (acceptance) might take a while.

 

The under 40 crowd didn’t want Biden — we have hated him before he was picked as the party nominee. He had less than 35% approval during the primary in the 18-44 age group.

Older liberals wanted him and they knew us going for the alternative wasn't an option

Just because we hate Biden doesn’t mean we will ever vote again for what the right has become unless major reforms are made.

I'm waiting for Twitter and Facebook to ban LETS GO BRANDON the same way they banned LEARN TO CODE, NPC, and other fun memes. The cancel culture that brought us that is basically 2 Senate seats away from controlling government. We might need to get our laughs in while we can.
