Then you didn't read the quote. That's literally what he said.

He used the word terminate, with regards to articles, and specified that the Constitution was included in this. Literally.

Please quote where I defended "even partial termination." I've done no such thing.

Then you were mistaken in defending Trump for advocating exactly that.

Interestingly, I've already mentioned the 2nd Amendment comparison. This forum is littered with posters who want to terminate parts of the constitution. Yourself among them.

The truth that @Overitall and @Lil Mike haven't read and are praying you won't read either:

"A Massive Fraud of this type and magnitude allows for the termination of all rules, regulations, and articles, even those found in the Constitution" - Trump

Only those blind to reality would turn a deaf ear. You can count yourself among that crowd if you like. Those willing and able to read and think critically will see otherwise.

I'm sorry, you were the one saying that he didn't say what he said, not the one agreeing with him.

Nah, the choir is the one chanting "Lalalalalala he didn't really say what he said" and incompletely unwilling and incapable of discussing his actual words.

You're making a lot of accusations about things you allege I said and are not backing them up. That should be ridiculously simple to do on a webboard. For example:

You made a claim that I defended Trump from a partial termination, so I'm waiting for you to bring the proof. If you can't, you probably shouldn't make unsubstantiated accusations.

Again, I've acknowledged that you were actually one of the ones living in a fantasy world where he didn't say what he actually said. Catch up. I know you refuse to read Trump's words when defending them, but you could at least read mine when quoting them. If you can't defend what he said, then don't fake that he didn't say it in order to make unsubstantiated defenses.

Not so I can become dictator.

Actually I don't know what part you're talking about that I would want "terminated"... As far as I can recall I have advocated for parts to be applied more literally. Like the Preamble.

I'm not saying you're wrong... But I really can't recall right now any in particular that I think needs to be terminated, so long as they are applied as originally intended.

Ahh, I never defended what he said, and yet your insistence throughout this thread is that I had. I've challenged you to provide proof and am still waiting.

But I think the real issue is that there are people (or at least one) in this thread that has defended his statement, but it's my coattails you are tugging. If I didn't say what's clearly offended you, what are you trying to get from me?

You denied that he said what he said. And are still running from that.

Well I will take you at your word that you have no intent of becoming a dictator, but that was never the point or the issue.

I appreciate your deference, but this last part is exactly the issue. Coming to power in a way that is unconstitutional is a dictatorship. It's what Trump has been seeking, and the topic of that tweet.

The argument goes on as to whether an EO involving funds is unconstitutional. I'll just leave it at that for now
