This is rather interesting(keep in mind the U.S. has the highest rate of gun ownership.

That is interesting. Only 3.7 deaths per 100,000 residents if you take away suicides.

Compare that to a place like El Salvador with over 50 deaths per 100,000 residents. Brazil has 1/8th the amount of guns per capita that we do and their homicide rate is about 6x higher, according to that chart.

Black and Hispanic countries top the list, just like black and Hispanic people top the list in the US. Really makes you think.

 

Gotta love it! The USA is fully entrenched in the THIRD WORLD. Get the Tea Party in power and in a few years we can live the dream and be just like Swaziland!

Meanwhile the UK is way down the list? I thought their gun control didn't work?

 

Plus our total gun death rate is 10.2, while homocides is 3.7? We have 3 times more suicides than anybody! And that's just with guns...lol, what a great place it is...oh well, at least you are free to chase money.

They've historically had a lower murder rate than the US, even back before either country enacted gun control policies.

See, your ideology doesn't have an answer for this issue. You blame the guns, yet you are baffled by the fact that we have more guns than any other nation and we aren't even in the top 10 for homicides. We would be a lot closer to the UK if we removed the black and Hispanic violence that you left-wingers are too cowardly to confront (since you need them for votes). If those countries had the violent minority subculture that we do, in similar amounts, they'd have a much higher murder rate as well.

 

And you're free to move to another country. One more in-line with your socialist values.

Not baffled at all, those countries have too much freedom that's all. They have what you want, underfunded non-intrusive law enforcement.

Mexico has more gun restrictions than the US does on firearms. They have 1/7th the amount of guns per capita, yet they have more murders than we do. The same goes for many other countries in Central and South America. Feel free to explain.

 

Yes, I'm sure, to some, it'll be great to have a country full of moochers. Loneliness is a hard thing for some people.

 

The thing is, that I don't think those 47% are moochers, I see most of them working full time, bust their assses and deserve EVEN MORE than they already get.

If we removed the blacks and hispanics from our country there would probably be 'ZERO' gun crimes in America. Now that's a fact jack, but the touchy feely libs can never face the truth.

Nah, there would be gun crimes still, but the amount would be significantly lower. In Chicago the city is pretty much evenly split 3 ways between whites, blacks, and Hispanics. Blacks commit 75% of the murders, Hispanics commit 22%, and whites commit 3%.

 

Japan has some of the most stringent gun control laws in the developed world. Looks like someone forgot to remind all their murderers that other people aren't armed.

Japanese Americans commit less homicides in America than the Japanese do in Japan, even with far more access to guns. Looks like certain people and certain cultures simply commit less crime than others and guns never have much of an effect.

 

So children being killed by firearms started just last week?

 

Maybe it's because their culture doesn't use or allow guns and our culture is a bunch of nut jobs scared of the Govt coming to snatch them.

 

Only nutjobs trust that government would never do such a thing.

 

One more time, Japanese Americans, who have the same access to guns as everybody else, commit less homicides in America than Japanese people do in Japan, where guns are not allowed.

I doubt blacks and Hispanics are really concerned over the Government coming to take their guns. They have the highest murder rates and are loyal Democrat party voting blocs.
