    Yes siree, definitely, majority rules even if the majority is stoopid and a mob - still a majority, and it rules. It rules in NY, in Portland, in Seattle, Chicago, Baltimore and in Minneapolis where yours truly currently is, for another 2 hours :)

    Of course, Gohmert is given to joking, so not sure if he was serious here, or making fun of Democrats. Granted, changing the moon's orbit might be easier than eliminating cow farts or humans exhaling CO2...
