Man Arrested After Claiming To Be Transgender, Filming Women In Restroom

Ah yes, again my point. Lefties are down for this, but hate the second ammendment and avoid laws on immigration to appease future voters.

Transgenders are protected from being discriminated against being what they want to be, but that doesn't have anything to do with the use of bathrooms or there would not be bills trying to make it legal for men who claim they "feel like a woman" to just use womens bathrooms as they please.

Women have as much of a right for privacy as anyone, and you can not trump their rights just because you want it to be so. Can you stop a transgender from claiming to be what they want to be? No, not at all and you can not fire them or not serve them in restaurants because they are transgender. But you can keep them from using a womans bathroom since that is not part of the deal.

 

I was progressive when I was younger and stupid..... I know what my progressive position would have been - that is to "go with the flow" and rationalize and accept truth based on popular opinion....

So yea, I understand the progressive mind and WHY they believe what they believe....

 

Used to live in a liberal la la land, grew up in it. One could say where I live now is liberal but they aren't rabid progressives like in Los Angeles and turned ignorant due to their highly raidcal PC issues that void all common sense.

Yes i have fully experienced the belly of the beast when it comes to liberal policy and in general, stupidity and Jim Crow style racism and discrimination that is practiced among the liberal elites.

The video I posted shows the murder of a teacher in the same vulnerable area. Only now that area will be much easier for murderers and rapists like him to simply enter and wait like a spider in its web. He only got caught because of the cameras.

You want facts that it is common that Trans-men marry trans women? Or that males who identify with being female still like females as partners as being transgender has nothing to do with the choice of their preferred mate?

Or that people try to use their race, skin color or even sexuality as an advantage to get ahead of the crowd or use it as a weapon to threaten people with?

Or the fact that transgenders are still capable of being perverts?

you assume the mantle of the righteous when it's really not warranted. The people being discriminated against in this case are the mothers, wives, daughters, etc. who now find their right to privacy blown to hell by pandering politicians and a vociferous and extreme minority.
There is no discrimination in keeping men's and women's private facilities for the two separate parties (male and female) they've always been intended for.

Great! Let's keep it that way then and not open up women's locker rooms to any predatory sex offender who now has entree to a place he should not be thanks to very bad policy.
Any male now has a legal right to be in any women's private facility and all he has to do is claim he is really a woman too and the law not only can't touch him...but it will protect his right to be there. There's something very wrong in that.

 

What happened to the right to privacy? What happened to proper social behaviors and decorum and respect for the privacy and comfort of other people? Why should the 99% have to give that up for the 1% who want to pretend to be the opposite gender.

Ok so we have a problem. Men who think they are women want to use the women's bathroom. They can use the men's bathroom. So they should just use the men's bathroom. Problem solved.

 

None of the conceptual examples is as ludicrous as the idea of men going into women's restrooms because they "feel" like they are women.
How far into la la land do the "progressives" want to take us? Strike that. How far is however far normal people let them. They will keep conjuring up these maniac "rights" for perverts, mental defectives, wierdos and nutballs as long as normal people don't finally get up and say STOP!!

but yes, in this case the pictures made it a crime regardless of who did it, in this case it was a perverted heterosexual... some heterosexuals are perverts, we know this

You have to do much more than just "feel" like you are a woman to use the woman's restroom under non-discrimination laws. You actually have to present yourself in public as a woman, not just that one time either but all of the time. And simply wearing a skirt and a wig is not good enough, as there are plenty of men with long hair that wear skirts.

I had a chat with my wife about this entire issue. She in her typical pragmatic way commented "Why would a man choose to use a female toilet when there's often a queue to get in, especially at events?" In this case, she'd rather use a male toilet. My daughter commented female toilets are usually filthy. She's also had strange looks, and on occasions narky comments, from other women when she's taken her two boys (now aged six and four) into women's toilets.

 

I'm thinking that transgender women like Mimi Marks, Candis Cayne and Patrícia Araujo would have the same issues using the men's restroom that you're wife and daughter would.

 

I'm wondering how safe a transgender or transsexual woman would be in a male toilet?
