Incorrect, thats your demonstrably incorrect assumption.

The reality is, its culture. Nothing whatsoever to do with racism. Racism isn’t unique to black people. It’s culture stopping them from for instance going to college, not some racist forces in the college stopping them. AA benefits them even in colleges.

Very small amount exists, and of what does exist most of it is directed at whites people not coming from them.

And again you assume racism with zero proof.

I wish it were as easy to assume anything else haha. It’s so easy to just claim racism without proof. It’s insane.

Nope. I've demonstrated it as being correct.
    Read the OP.

The OP isn’t demonstrating anything but an anecdote. The delusion is thinking that anecdote is indicative of anything resembling population statistics around racism or oppression.

The objective reality is that its culture, not racism.

And of what racism does exist, most of it is directed at whites people, not coming from them.

You're not sure how a threat based "hard-wired" aversion to tribal outgroups relates to racism?

Something about leading a horse to water.

Here are some facts for you that you may want to address or realize.

African American College enrollment is up 2.1 million students between 2000-2018. Between 2000-2008 it was up a whooping 73% then decreased 21% during the Obama years but overall a major increase. Systematic Racism?

During that same period African Americans with a bachelors degree has increased 11%, whites only 10%? Systematic Racism?

Female African Americans are the drivers of the numbers making up 62% of the African American enrollment. Gender biased racism?

What we also see is Blacks receive more grants and take out less in student loans than whites. This affirms institutions are helping those qualified even in low income situations.

The bottom line is the number of African American's getting in college is growing dramatically , African Americans are getting more help to pay for college, and those achieving bachelors are growing faster than whites but not by much. I'm not sure how anyone could claim racism in college enrollment but these are at least the facts you should consider. Oh and no we shouldn't hand out degrees just because to anyone just because race, that's racist.

I am suppose to find the one sentence you hang your hat on that's related to racism?
If you have a point, quote the sentence that makes your point.

And no, I don't see how it relates to racism. It could relate to sex orientation. It can relate to dozens of things, including race or just different ethnics within a race.

No claim has been made that things haven't improved for minorities, blacks.

Now you show a statistic where they're getting bachelors degrees at the same rate as whites. That means things are still improving. Given the history of systemic racism, that was legal, there's still a few more generations to go, before it is an after thought and not taught by the actions of how we see and treat minorities.

The OP isn't making that claim either. The claim is, racism still exists by a large amount, because it still is being taught. Via the way the lady in the OP reacted to a black man and her child was there to witness said racism. IE, teaching by example.

I doubt anyone wants to bring it back.
But improve on the progress that has been made.

Very small, as the poster claims, is a personal opinion. I doubt most blacks feel that racism has moved into the very small category. IMO.

Interesting to see a claim as to what "most blacks" feel in a thread about racism.

I am not black, so, it's all I have personally.
But I can read and I do hear black public personalities, sports stars, actors, comedians, etc. And they tell the same stories on how they get treated in society.

I also thought it was interesting how one claims that people want to bring back racism.

So your source is successful people of color? My claim is that what is being sold is much more than what exists.

Yes. They are a source. They live what they tell.
Your claim is an opinion, where is your experience coming from to form your opinion. If you are white, you won't have any idea what a black person lives day to day.

They tell you what they are told to believe about their lives, from their parents. THey are taught to believe everything negative that occurs to them is someone elses fault, that it was racism.

The reality is, racism is a non issue. But of what little does exist, most of it is directed at white people, not coming from them.

Systemic racism no longer exists and hasn't for decades and decades. Pretending it does, is regressive, not progressive. Now, most of the racism is directed at whites, not coming from them. Which is why its actually harder for a wwhite male to get hired than an equally qualified black male.
